I was sent here by my physician because my typical pharmacy was out of the medication I urgently needed, and Manny the pharmacist went above and beyond, WELL out of his way to assist me. He made calls that needed to be made on my behalf to make sure that this very atypical situation and process involving meds and my insurance would result in me receiving the prescription that I needed. He was kind, compassionate, helpful, and made a major difference in my day and my health. I couldn't be more excited to have crossed paths with him, and I can't recommend this pharmacy enough BECAUSE OF him. Thank you to him and to CVS for having him!

Only reason I'm rating this 5 stars is because of your employee TIA. I went to your Pratt st store in Baltimore city last night and TIA provided a customer service that I've never experienced anywhere. She went out of her way to show me how the CVS app works and took her time doing it so I can understand it. TIA is a valuable asset to your business and I hope you acknowledge it. She was very pleasant with me and the other customers which goes a long way. I'm in the retail business myself and I really appreciated my visit to your store last night. Thank you TIA for your help and pleasant service and smile.

The pharmcy tech that answered the phone was very polite. She was patient as I asked my questions about the medication shortage. Even though they didn't have it I appreciate the good customer service.

My appointment with another cvs was cancelled so I had to go to this one. The pharmacist was so kind. She made calls and was waiting for so long on the line just to help me get the fund paid for a flu shot which I didn’t get reversed. The fund still wasn’t reversed and I didn’t get flu vaccine there. But I am so grateful that she went to great lengths to try to help me.

Management doesn't have a good strategy for helping people enter and exit the store without standing in large queues at the two check-out facilities. When compared to clients' enjoyment or quality of service, staff are more focused on check-out time.

Absolutely terrible service. The pharmacists are always rude and unhelpful. I am especially frustrated with the fact that I’m treated like a criminal amidst a national adhd shortage. I’m a health care worker as well & feel shocked that CVS allows their staff to treat patients with such disrespect. It’s sad that you can never speak to a helpful pharmacist. I’ve gotten tired of the staff here thinking they can talk to me in a condescending tone so left and receive better service at Safeway and encourage everyone to do the same.

For a store who's slogan is to "put people first" this location could not care less. I arrived to the door at 10pm. Which is the time the store closes, so had they turned me away I would have understood. But I saw them let 2 customers into the store as I was walking up the ramp to the door. This is when they refused to let me in... I only needed to use the atm real fast, I would have been in and out in 30 seconds. Way less time then the customers they let in right before me... The manager tried to tell me he let them in at 9:59 and 58 seconds. Which wasn't true. As I saw on my phone that it was already 10 as I was approaching the store.

I needed a common over the counter allergy medicine, but they were out of stock. This store fails at keeping basic medication in stock. I went to Walgreens at 19 East Lafayette St, and they had plenty in stock. I'll just go there from now on.

Trash service, so rude. The pharmacy puts you on hold for 15-20 minutes. Won't fill out of state scripts and have Bs Rules.

The woman at the pharmacy was lovely, but the cashier who rang me up in the front cussed me out. Apparently the 2 seconds it took me to approach the counter and set down my purchases was just too long haha

Staff not friendly, pharmacy can’t follow basic protocols and regulations and lies about filling prescriptions so I have to wait up to 25 minutes for them to fill it even though it says it’s ready .

This CVS has never given me any problems. Pharmacy is speedy with prescription fulfillment and the store has a good selection of products. Staff is nice and actually seems to care. Much more than I can say for the CVS on Charles St. Avoid that one at all costs.
