The pharmcy tech that answered the phone was very polite. She was patient as I asked my questions about the medication shortage. Even though they didn't have it I appreciate the good customer service.

Management doesn't have a good strategy for helping people enter and exit the store without standing in large queues at the two check-out facilities. When compared to clients' enjoyment or quality of service, staff are more focused on check-out time.
