I regret switching my meds to CVS! Walmart was bad, but here is so much worse! You get the message that your medicines are ready for pick up and go to pick them up, and they tell you it will be 30 minutes. You go back in after the 30 minutes, and they tell you it's still 10 minutes. The pharmacist staff doesn't know anything about your meds will be ready. They confessed that they rarely answered their phone calls. They have also said that now they are ONLY REFILLING IMPORTANT MEDICINES WHEN THEY COME IN! AND YOU HAVE TO GO IN AND TELL THEM AT THE DESK! All medicines are important, obviously! They are just horrible! I have already started moving my meds back to Wal-Mart! They are bad, but CVS is the worst!

Customer service is rude and they either don't answer the phone or you have to wait on hold for 15+ minutes. And considering ik they don't get that much foot traffic makes u think.

The customer service was terrible. They filled 2/3 prescriptions incorrectly and fill one of my prescriptions because they considered it to be “expensive” in spite of the fact that I have had it refilled before and it is covered by my insurance.

The store has been cleaned up but the pharmacists are rude. Be prepared to wait forever on hold, or to learn that the RX your physician called in won't be ready for two days. I've never seen anything like it. I hate it there.

Upper management has truly set up this location for failure. Whatever convenience this location might have for you, it is not worth the lost time spent getting basic questions answered. I think it is a failure of management more than the staff, but that might be overly generous.

Terrible service--prescriptions are never ready when they're supposed to be. Their automated service will say your prescription is ready only later to be told it's not ready and don't know why you were called to say it was ready. In sum, this place is a $hit show. Avoid it if you can.

Terrible pharmacy. Consistantly understaffed. My doctor's office always has to call in prescriptions twice in order for them to be received. Just go somewhere else. I will be.

Worst pharmacy ever. They text and say your prescription is ready. Then you call to check and the automated system can never find the RX number . When you call the pharmacy your on hold for a hour and 20 min. Then they say it's ready But when you go to Pick it up it's not ready. So you wait another 20 min so 2 hours out of my life to get a prescription. No thanks.
