This CVS is noted as a convenient location for a dense neighborhood, with easy parking and a store that is typically well-stocked and always open. Many reviews highlight that the store employees and team members are consistently described as fine, nice, respectful, helpful, delightful, kind, attentive, and amazing. Specific praise is given for being patient, courteous, and going far beyond to provide excellent service. However, significant issues are concentrated at the pharmacy. It is frequently reported that the pharmacy never answers the phone, creating problems for transfers and customer calls. It has been randomly closed during posted hours, even for appointments, and there are occasional coverage disputes with insurance. Some customers note the pharmacy is extremely busy, which may contribute to these problems. Despite this, the pharmacy staff, particularly the lead pharmacist, receives commendation for being knowledgeable, efficient, and making complex transactions easy, with employees showing dedication even in poor weather. A recurring concern is constant theft and crime, leading to poorly stocked shelves and fears the location may close. Overall, the store itself receives high marks, while the pharmacy experience is mixed.
"If it's not on aisle 8 or aisle 11 then we probably don't have it." Um . . .

Flo was amazing. She went far beyond what was necessary to make sure I was well taken care of. She patient and courteous throughout a very complicated transaction. She is a prize.
