Agents do not care about the neighborhood where people already live in. I have asked them numerous time to keep people from parking where I have signs posted. An they keep parking in a private spot. So next time I will have people towed. They have their own parking area!!! Extremely disrespectful

The agent was not friendly, but was straightforward about the information for the apartment. The apartment itself was lacking. The stove and refrigerator need replacing. A dirty oven, burner missing and the seal on the refrigerator was not on, rather it fell off and dragged on the floor when the door opened. The apartment was clean and painted, no sign of pests.

WE LOVE CRYSTAL IANNUZZI!! Can't say enough good things about her, I would recommend her to anyone. We were recommended her from a very satisfied friend and we are so glad we went with her to buy our first home. She is consistently easy to reach, always looked out for our best interests, explained every step of the process, was patient when it took a few tries to find "the one", and was more than reliable. Personally, she is very friendly and a pleasure to be around. If you want to be represented by one of the best realtors in Maryland, Crystal is your gal!! (I swear this isn't a paid review, just a thrilled client who thinks she deserves all the clients lol)

I was interested in a property located at 629 Eastern Blvd and wanted to schedule to see the property with the CEO of the company I work for. However, the realtor Temple Pierce was very rude and unprofessional when speaking with him. Sorry for the property owner who is trying to sell this property. Due his the unprofessional way this realtor communication, we will move on and continue to look for business properties elsewhere.

If you want the sales agent to not return calls, this is your company. If you want the sales agent to not return texts, this is your company. If you want no one to not return messages sent on Zillow, this is your company. If you want to deal with rude people who blame you when you call to try and get someone to give you information about a listing and the sales person won't call you back, this is your company. In other words, if you ACUALLY want to rent a place, and to get service, do not call this company. With so much bad service, it is clear it is not one person but a culture of 'screw the customer, we have better things to do.' Why are they in business if they refuse to provide service. Good thing there are lots of other leasing agents to deal with. We wound up with a wonderful rental.

Ricky Summers was extremely entitled and rude. I got the feeling that he didn't want to talk to me about an apartment that I WAS GOING TO PAY FOR because my husband wasn't there. Extremely disappointed.

Derek Blazer is the man. Best real estate agent in MD hands down! Made my process super fast and easy. Was on top of everything for me as this was my first house.
