I just discovered this small shop. It is brimming with crystals, candles, and incense. It smells amazing by the way.They have a nice selection of tarot decks and oracle cards,books, jewelry, herbs and smudge bundles, among other things. They have tarot readers available certain days and the shopkeepers are very helpful.I went here looking for altar supplies and found everything I needed except for a Circe statue... they did have other statues. I will be back again. I love this shop!

They have a great selections on crystals, jewelry, candles, incenses. I’ve been coming here since pre-Covid. Since zombie (the fat cat) was able to be in the store until his health issues. Today I did not feel the warm welcoming atmosphere as usual. After being greeted and wearing the gloves to pick up the crystals, I felt as if I was being watched and followed. All the reps were in one area when they stated “if I need anything to let them know” I’m doing an order for myself and another family in South Dakota. We’re both military and she even felt as if I was being watched and followed. I might have to find a different location. It was an uncomfortable feeling for myself and the person on the phone.

I really enjoy the selection and energy of the store. I have shopped several times and usually the staff is friendly and open to assisting and explaining anything.I do really wish the crystal selection had information because I stood there googling everything. They say they are happy to explain but it’s difficult to inconvenience a busy employee and ask about 30+ crystals in detail. I see a review stating this is costly but they can write it down for you.. so why not hand write descriptions for each crystal and stone? It may take time but would not be costly. I think this would add a lot of value to a shopping experience and hope the shop considers a way to provide this info in an easier way

So today I went to crystals to enjoy a nice day with my younger brother and he and I were profiled by the older daughter that works there and another employee (couldn't get her name.) I've been a customer at crystals for 5 years. Though for some reason today I was told that I displayed "unsafe" behavior. I believe it was racially driven. Every sudden movement I made the two ladies were staring at my brother and I. I'm in my 20s and he's only 12 and we were both told we had "negative energy" around us. The daughter and the other employee were only watching my brother and I the entire time. With the social climate that society is in right now I felt uncomfortable as a black man and being watched and profiled in the manner that my brother and I were. Will not be shopping there again.
