Just left a store and got 2 lines. Ruby/Selina were very nice and saved me $30 on my monthly Bill through program called ACP, which i was not familiar. Definitely recommend this store. Thanks for being here guys. 5 stars to you guys.

On 02/06/22. I went to the cricket at Mondawmin Mall. I purchased a phone and the employee port my contacts. When I walked away, I noticed that my gmail password was changed and, now my old number is the primary to my gmail. I leave my gmail app open so there was no need for me to change my password. I use my gmail account for work so now my client flies, receipts and important documentation is in my gmail. To make matters worse, all my calls come in as unavailable!!!!! I returned back to the store asking what happened and the employee stated "I noticed your numbers ended in 26". HUH? Why would those numbers appear when I just checked my email just before arriving at the store. Employee informed me to wait 24 hours. Which is impossible, I then asked for my money back. No refunds. I called cricket and was informed that my money should be returned. Its now 02/09/2022, and when I try to log into my gmail account, I get a message stating your password was changed three days ago. I know for a fact, I did not change my password. Also, why would the employee say your number ends in 26. Prior to, employee also stated "You had a previous account". I informed employee that I have not had that number ending in 26 in years and, it's not associated with my gmail account. On 02/7/2022, I went to At&t and opened an account. I just want my $90.00 back. If not, I will be seeing the owner in court.I'm a drug & alcohol counselor and, I have assessments, encrypted information in my gmail account from both the State & Federal level. This employee just minimized my concerns and thought nothing of my situation. I look forward to seeing the owner in court . Since I spent $90.00, I will be seeking damages in the amount of $2,700. I will be asking the courts for 30 times that amount $90x 30= $2,700 This location does not deserve any stars. I'm only selecting one star to be able to post.

The store personnel are great here. They are so attentive, ask the right questions and make sure you leave the store with everything answered. If I lived in the area I would always return to this location for all my cricket needs. The reps there have been trained so well.
