Went there this week as my phone broke and needed a new one. Never again will I go back. Two people working there were very rude and not very helpful. I was there a long time as they were having problems getting the new phone to work. When a customer came in to pay a bill and left the employees were talking bad about the customer when they left. Very ignorant workers.

Best cricket store I've been too, Tyshawna J. informed me and set me up with a phone in 20 minutes the minute I walked in the store. Made sure to troubleshoot and didn't stop until she fixed the issue. 8/17/2023

I always go to the cricket located on Erdman Avenue in the Baltimore MD Area. I'm not sure of his name but he's THE BEST EMPLOYEE EVER! He's always patient with me and my issues. He always had the solution for all of my phone problems. And he's always done his job with a smile. I would travel from anywhere, just to go to this cricket store because he has the best customer service around the Baltimore area.

I tried to get help from Cricket Wireless online, and got nothing. I wasted at least 2 hours of my life, which I want to stress I will never get back.I went into this Cricket Wireless Store; and within 15 minutes, I was out of there with a device that was working.Proof positive that support is often best given face-to-face.

Cricket wireless is the pits. I've been to cricket wireless at the even my phone breaking or me misplacing or losing my phone. Not no time have I ever went to cricket that if I didn't put my Google information in there the customer service representative put it in there. So I lose my phone on the 18th of last month I directly go straight to a cricket store within 20 minutes from losing the phone I purchased a new phone the store was crowded and the customer service rep ask me if I knew how to put my Google information on my phone. He's all I do is put my email addresses and my passwords yet I've done it several times I know how to do that so I took my phone after being paid for it took it home and for whatever reason none of my passwords work none of my passwords were the same on none of the accounts when I keep all of my passwords exactly the same because I have multiple sclerosis relapse and remitting which causes me to have severe short-term memory loss and sometimes I have to stop and see to remember certain things but once a freshman in my mind I know that it's accurate. And because I have short-term memory loss and I have several Google accounts I have business accounts I have other accounts I could not put different passwords on every different account that I had because I would have never remembered any of that. Since passwords and was invented for us to use and I've been an adult my password has been the same for every Bank call credit card debit card bank account shopping account whatever type of account my password has always stayed the same which is DDBM000.7. WHILE I WAS TRYING TO RECOVER MY ACCOUNTS IT WILL AUTO FILL PASSWORDS THAT WEREN'T RIGHT PASSWORDS THAT WERE ALL LETTERS PASSWORDS THAT WERE ALL NUMBERS WITH NO LETTERS WITH IT WHICH GOOGLE DON'T EVEN ALLOW YOU TO DO BUT THAT'S ONE OF THE PASSWORDS EVERY PASSWORD IN MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT I ATTEMPTED TO USE IT TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT NOTHING WILL WORK I'VE BEEN HAVING THIS PHONE FOR WELL OVER A MONTH I PAID ANOTHER CELL PHONE BILL AND I CAN'T USE MY PHONE I DON'T HAVE NO CONTACTS AS LONG AS I DON'T HAVE MY CONTACTS I CAN'T USE MY PHONE MY FAMILY DON'T KNOW IF I'M OKAY THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING THE SAME SIDE
