I came here too day looking to switch. They have really good deals on all their androids. I prefer iPhones, so I got an iPhone 11. It was under $250 for everything (including my service)!!! I got hbo max and unlimited internet! The girls there definitely know their stuff! They took their time to set up my email and got my hbo max working right away! My kids and I will enjoy watching movies all weekend. I’m one happy camper right now! Definitely recommend this place!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would lol

The place I got this phone had the slowest customer service I've ever seen in my life she was extremely overworked she was doing 4 people's phones at the same time their should have been 3 to 4 people at that store working a customer likes to get in and out with the product they buy a customer does not expect to have the person that's waiting on them also waiting on 6 other too extremely snnú6 other people also

Salesperson was pretty nice but honestly the most incompetent customer service I've ever encountered in my life. Horrible. Won't be back at this location if I can help it. They have an iPhone 11 deal and I was never told about it either.

They deleted your voicemails when you transfer..AND DON'T LET YOU KNOW IN ADVANCE. They state that everything will be transferred BUT ITS A LIE.
