From start to finish when I dropped my A4 off the staff was knowledge, confident in their craft, and pleasant to work with. Will definitely recommend. Consistently good service despite hiccups outside of the current management’s control.

Worst experience in my lifetime. Took six weeks to get an estimate even with calling them almost every day. They never returned my calls and would make up a new excuse almost every day. A comedy show of a business. Literally took two people 30 minutes to find my keys and never did find my front bumper that they removed.

This shop is dishonest , lacks integrity , needs more training and lacks basic car knowledge to customers and insurance companies. I would not recommend to anyone. My car was sitting in this shop for almost 2 months straight with little to no communication. The employees there had 0 knowledge on the status of my car. I had to keep calling to get updates.The entire time I was being told 2 different things just to find out my car was in fact ready the entire time.Also my car was not returned back into its original form. I was “asked “ to leave a good review but unfortunately I cannot do that. People deserve the truth.

I had my car window and ignition repaired after a break in. After over 2 weeks My car was completed on a Wednesday (confirmed by shop) and I was not notified until the day after when I was informed that there was a break in at the garage. my car as well as others were damaged AGAIN! Absolute nonsense that I have to now pay 2 deductibles.

My car was damaged from a break in. Crash campion took the time to make sure my car was back to normal. Maurice assisted me and couldn’t have provided me any better customer service. He was top tier!

My car got towed on Oct 5th due to a break in. I was lucky enough that it didn't get stolen thanks to Hyundai anti theft software which prevents them from leaving off with the car. (Only way it willWork is if u lock it with the key fob). My car was sitting in this shop for almost 2 months straight with little to no communication. I had to keep calling to get updates. One worker told me my car was being painted and reprogrammed. Then when I called the very next day one worker told me they're still waiting for a window. (Mind u they said this months ago). They were telling me anything! Without even fully knowing themselves. I do not appreciate the miniature lies I was being told. The entire time I was being told 2 different things just to find out my car was in fact ready the entire time. On the day of pickup, I got my car back but my ORIGINAL KEYS I had since the purchase of the vehicle were not working with the car. I can't lock nor unlock my car door with the original key fob. This is the only key i have for the car. This key is needed in order for the anti theft software to work and other basic functions of course. I never had any issues with the key nor the alarm system until it got in this shops possession. EVERYTHING was working perfectly fine. We even visited the shop a few weeks ago to get items from the car and the key fob was working perfectly fine. If u could lock the car with the key fob by pressing the buttons when it was handed to you, why not make sure those functions were programmed / working when the installation was finished? Overall, This shop is dishonest , lacks integrity , needs more training and lacks basic car knowledge to customers and insurance companies.

There are parts missing from the car ; (left and right deflectors, hood seal, and rubber on bumper facia support.Old parts are put back on that were supposed to be replaced (energy absorber) behind front bumperBumper does not match car paintBumper not lined up to body lines on the carBumper has gap in it where it connects to grillThat stratched my passenger mirror cover and paint chip in passenger door as if it was opened too wide and hit something.I can still feel the dent in the fender and the paint has runs in it.The left fender to hood gap is too wideMy completion date was changed atleast 10 timesOverall for a close to 10k job I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values their car or who has put as much time and money into a car as I have I give this shop a 1 out of 5 rating

Crash Champions did a great job on my car repair and I was finished within the same day. Maurice is a god send and even when GEICO made things more difficult he was able to work through the confusion and provide a professional and seamless experience. I will be sending anyone I know to this location in Woodlawn. Everyone at the business was professional and willing to help where they could.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Absolutely no communication. Ignoring the client's requests.They assured me they would supply me with a rental vehicle while my car is being repaired but they did not. I was left without a car and without communication after waiting more than 2.5 hours.I wouldn't suggest anyone use this facility.Please solve the issues we raised when we were in the collision facility, Our concerns are not resolved by responding to the Google reviews.

I had a great experience at the location in Pikesville in the past , however since bring my truck to the location on security Blvd. I still without my truck now going on two months, the communication here is horrible if i do not call i will not get any information and i have been told every week it will be the next week then the next most recently i was told the last part came in this was Monday evening 7/31/2023 and i would have my truck back Friday or Monday at the latest's well I called to see if it would be as i was told so i can make sure i got there before closing since i do work and it would be nice to know ahead of time your vehicle would be ready to allow time to get there but this is not the case i would not recommend them to anyone and hopefully sometime this year i will get my truck back and not false promises
