“We expected a very quiet classy place based on the website, but we entered into a super loud tacky bar with thumping music that followed us into the dining room. The servers were very nice and the food was fantastic, but the music gave it a tacky Vegas feel.”

“OMG we are so excited to have met Steve and Dominick. My husband and I spent more than 2 hours with them yesterday, designing a bespoke tuxedo and a dress to wear at a black-tie optional wedding. We CANNOT wait for the finished items! They pulled our ideas from our heads and knew what would work. Run, don't walk, to meet these guys at their beautiful showroom in Mt. Vernon. The have gorgeous off the rack clothing and can probably design any item of clothing you have in mind.”
“AMAZING!!! I initially wanted to shop online and pickup but I decided to call before going in I went in for last minute vacation clothes for my son. John Cash waited for me to arrive and had already had what we discussed over the phone on the counter and even had options for me to choose from , & offered for me to call him if I had any issues. His customer service is amazing and the clothing quality is excellent! I had a small discrepancy with one of the shirts being too small and he communicated with me the entire time offering me an exchange! I will continue spending my money with CASHLAND! Most clothing stores will not care after you spend your money he understands the key is for long term customers and he has one in me from now on!”
“Happened to be walking passed Octavia Boutique in the Village of Cross Keys and this outfit in the window stopped me dead in my tracks! I had to have it!! Reversible coat ok …. The ENTIRE OUTFIT! Love this beautiful boutique the styles cannot be found anywhere in Baltimore! Her window displays and how organized Betsy has the boutique makes it easy to shop! She’s even open 7 days a week! It’s my new place!”
“My son needed a nice suit for his Sophomore Ball and this was the place to be. Kenny went above and beyond the call of duty. He had my son looking like a million bucks. He showed us how a suit should fit properly. He said, “You wear the suit, the suit should never wear you!” Thanks Kenny for an excellent experience and we’ll be back for Junior Prom next year!!!”

“I randomly walked in to Madewell for the first time hoping to just look at Jewelry. I ended up walking out with two pairs of jeans, some jeans earrings, and a ring. I don’t like buying pants in-person because I had a baby a few months ago and I’m still learning my new body. Gabrielle helped me and was the most amazing person. She not only helped me but it was so uplifting to see how she was helping everyone in the store to feel good in what they were trying on. “Really love this store! I’m new to Hampden and have really enjoyed poking around here—I always find something neat to take home. Went in with a friend today and the sales associates were super kind; they even let me take a unique coat right off the mannequin and buy it. They made sure all our goodies were wrapped and folded and secure for the journey home, & boxed up our gifts too. “There is only one reason to come here, the body scrub/massage package!! The first time I came here a couple years ago, I was bored and didn't see the point of coming back, I wanted a massage for my birthday and thought I would try another body scrub, as I had one years ago at a different Korean spa. I soaked in the hot tub for a half an hour, as other reviewers recommended, the body scrub was a half hour followed by a deep tissue massage. You have a towel covering your face and man junk, so there is no need to feel uncomfortable about being exposed. I would describe the body scrub as very precise and professional. The massage was great too, and wasn't a rub down, but more deep tissue pressure points, he even added those suction cups that you see athletes use, on tense muscles areas. Afterwards, he washes and rinses you off, I felt like a king! I highly recommend!! Make sure to bring cash for a tip, as you can't add a tip using a credit card.”
“This location I find to be the best one in local area. It is always heavy on stock and light on customers. Security and controlled entry at front. Store is always organized and home goods , clothing and kids are always overflowing with items. I check here before I venture to other locations. Never had an issue with lines or people on this store”

“Nathalie and her niece (Anita) are just among the kindest, professional, and lovely ladies. I initially was going to my pre-made appointment at Bella Bridesmaid’s Baltimore shop only to be turned down by the Elite’s Bridal owner (who is also the manager of Bella) after phone calls and emails with no notification that this store doesn’t do wedding gowns measurements (“her staff is not trained to do meticulate measurements”).I walked past Nathalie’s shop and thought to just drop by and explain my situation of being let down by Bella, and immediately she said she will help me. She did above and beyond with precise details. Grateful that one (shop) door closed and the other much kinder one opens. Thank you Nathalie and Anita!”

“Me and my boyfriend John were in desperate need of outfits for the Renaissance Faire. We were lost on how style ourselves, but fortunately Lisa came to our rescue. She was sociable, welcoming, and an expert at her craft. We told her our situation and the few ideas we had, and she just ran with it. She personally selected our outfits to fit the exact occasion. It was a fantastic trip and we're so thankful Lisa was there to help!”
