MY CONSULTANT VINCENT RIVERA WAS AN ANGEL SENT FROM HEAVEN. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MADE ME AWARE OF THE PRO AND CON OF GETTING OUT OF DEBT. The way things were initially explained is not how it works. They only settle one creditor at a time until funds are built up, then they will work on the next one.They charge 25% of the original debt you enroll with them, not 25% of the settlement amount. They charge you fees and Global holdings charge you fees. They had my banking info on someone else's file and money was being taken out of my account for someone else's account and mine. It was horrible, but they fixed it. If you are able, just call your creditors and try to get the interest rate reduced so your payments will be lowered, speak with your bank about credit management or debit consolidation, or file bankruptcy. This company is not an option, you will end you paying more, especially, if you enroll more than one creditor.
