Ive gotten my hoco dress last year and my prom dress today. The workers are very helpful and attentive. They give great advice. The dresses are on the higher side but it's worth It. They last long and are very pretty.

First off, the store is VERY dirty! It looks as though the floor has never been vacuumed. There is plastic bags over almost every item in the store. I was skeptical, but they had many beautiful dresses. My daughter found a dress that she loved, it was marked $229, and after trying it on she needed a different size. So the sales lady found her a similar dress for size. It was slightly different, by way of the straps. However the design was the same and the appliqué was the same. It fit - mostly!! After standing for an alteration adjustment, we decided to purchase the second dress, and the alterations were quoted at $51.At the time of checkout, the sales lady tried to sell us a bunch of accessories that we didn’t want or need. Changing the prices to entice us to buy. We opted for a necklace and earring set. After using a calculator to tally the total, she put $399 as the cost of the dress, even though it was marked $229. She then tried to haggle a price different from that which was on the tag. Wait, what?Even though the dress was beautiful, we left and will never go back.

My experience at Class Act was personal, I have always been a little heavy, but the ladies that waited on me were really kind, and made sure that the dress I was buying was special and fitting for the event that I was attending, they even did alterations in a short period of time. Last night I received so many compliments on my dress that, and the shoes were perfect. Thank You Ladies, You Really Are A Class Act.

?I ordered a junior prom dress for my daughter 03/7/20. Before ordering the dress, I verbally confirmed that the dress would be available for my daughter to wear by prom time, which they responded it would be ready in a week. I get a call a week later saying dress didn't come back yet, but they insisted that my daughter and I could come into the store to look at other dresses they think would look nice on her. We didn't like the dresses and decided to stick with original order. They then mentioned the dress would be ready in a week. No call from them, then the pandemic happened... when the business reopened, I went into the store 7/1/20 wanting my daughter's dress. She went into the back of the store and then came back to say they didnt have the dress and i could come back in a week. I stated to her if the dress is not back in a week, I want a refund, which she agreed too. I went back into the store 7/8/20 asking for the dress. She came up with the excuse that her mother died and she's going through alot etc...and told me to come back friday. I said no and stated I wanted a refund. She said no. I called the police and he suggested some things I could do.I will never do business with this store again!! ALSO, THERE WASN'T A PRICE TAG ON THE DRESS & THEY NEVER SHOWED THE PRICE EVEN WHEN I ASKED TO SEE IT. THEY ACT AS IF THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON... I BELIEVE THEY OVER CHARGED ME FOR THE DRESS BY $50.00- $70.00 BECAUSE I SAW THE EXACT .SAME DRESS FOR LESS AT ANOTHER STORE.? They are extremely dishonest ?

The clothes are really nice. My only problem is they think they giving a sale price when they not, and they keep trying to pressure you into buying stuff you don't need i hate that if i want it i will get it...they are a lil pricey but if you just wanna ball out check them out

I got 2 dresses here for my military ball. Yes. The prices are high but sometimes you can ask for better price. I saved $50 on one dress and $20 on another. Everyone loved the first dress and I am waiting to show them the new dress. This isn't the first place I would go for a dress but this store isn't too bad to me.

Beware of this store. The store has beautiful dresses; however, their salesperson is EXTREMELY DISHONEST. We picked out a prom dress and was quoted a price of $229. I repeated the price to her three times because she quoted another price to my daughter a few weeks ago. She said yes the dress was $229 and quoted $243 as the overall price. Well, when she saw my debit card, she said, "Okay, that will be $319. I thought I had misheard her but she repeated the same price." When I told her that was not the price she had quoted like 3 minutes ago, she had no recollection of what I was talking about. As we began to walk out of the store, she said, "Okay $270", which was still $41 more than the original price. In the end, I bought it because I entered planning to pay less than the $349 she originally quoted to my daughter, but this was definitely not good business. THIEVES!!!!
