I'm not the type to leave reviews, but I'm so bothered by the lack of customer service and lack of courtesy from this business.Our vehicle needed to be towed 45 miles away. I described the make and model of the car to them during our phone call and before getting a quote.When they finally get there we start taking photos and videos of our vehicle, as anyone should, to insure no damage is caused to our vehicle during transportation.At that moment the driver told us he won't take our car because it was very expensive and the quote they gave us of $500, wasn't enough as well as not wanting to take responsibility for the car. Is there no insurance?What bothers me is that we described the vehicle before hand. I'm sure anyone can agree how frustrating it is to have to wait for the tow truck for over an hour just for them to give you a complete rejection when they arrive. Not sure how this shows courtesy knowing a storm is coming and now we have to wait more than an hour again having to call a different company.
