I arrived today at 10:30am and although the bank is open, no teller is open or available. I’m told by the security guard that they are in the back dealing with an issue. I was told they would be back in a few minutes. I waited 10 minutes and decided to come back.
I’m back here at 11:20, still the tellers are busy in the back. I would complain about the customer service, but there is no service! Why have a branch?

They must have had a change of staff because I’ve only had incredibly helpful and positive experiences at this branch. Much more than the others.

I have never seen a bank open upIn the neighborhood and not understand the community they are going in to than this bank. The employees constantly turn over and the bank does not stand behind the lies spewn by their agents. I would rate zero stars if i could and im supposedly a “private client”. Worthless.

Several individuals were working in the branch, but no one was available to help me open an account so I was subsequently turned away.

I’m a account holder, I went in today looking for a notary the Latin clerk, I dare say manager because if he is the example I see why there rating is low. He was the worst. Hey guy thank me and my ancestors that your in that job. I mean he looked at me as if I was dirt. I’m not done, I’m going to complain to corporate. It was very unprofessional.

It says open on Saturday and I’m very clearly outside the branch and it’s closed.

Aron, the manager has terrible customer service. The company Chase wants you to make an appointment to close your account because they’re playing around with your money. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from Chase at all costs trust me small business owner

Horrible customer service! Came in for a notary and multiple people are able to do it, none of them helped. John Kim who is the branch manger had no one in his office and closed his office door and told the banker to refer us to UPS. Will not be returning to this branch. Inadequate, untrained staff!

Great experience! The building itself was nice and new. I was helped promptly as soon as I arrived and two representatives I worked with were pleasant and happy to help.
