Lazy ,rude, incompetent staff. What happened to customer service? Teller too busy on her phone to even barely speak. Then can’t follow a simple request from a customer making many deposits every week. I will never step foot in this branch again. The branch near woodholme is so much better. The tellers actually are nice and care about their customers. AVOID AVOID. If you value customer service.

I’m reviewing Chase Bank in general. I’m a fairly new customer. I can honestly say the staff at the two Chase banks I deal with ( Dundalk and Timonium) are great. My complaint is with their ATMs. Most of the time they have little money in the machines. Not even the amount I can withdraw. They only give $20’s or $100’s Sooooo bad. I had to leave M&T after 30 years for personal reasons beyond my control. So sorry I left

I was told just come in branch to open account.I went into greenspring branch which was understaffed. Person who met me said no one available be today go to roland park. I do not drive and live close by to this branch. While there i ask him some questions. He did not know even one of the answers. I have no confidence in dealing with this bank location. I am a current customer who will soon not be one. Jamie diamond do better or you will lose all your customers. P.s. i had a big deposit to make. You lose another bank wins.

Trying to open a business account and it's like pulling teeth. When I do it online it says existing customer which is not true I don't have a business account with Chase. When I went to the branch they told me I need to schedule an appointment. I have a trucking business and I'm always on the road, very difficult to predict when I'll be home.

Called first thing in the morning on Friday July 9, 2021 to make an appointment to open a new account. The person I spoke with told me to just come in at any time, that walk ins are always welcome. I double checked to see if making an appointment would be a better option, and the person I spoke with insisted that the walk in option would be fine.Around 3pm I walk in and am greeted by a woman who informs me that the branch is severely understaffed and that they have nobody available the rest of the day to help me. I informed them that I had called and attempted to make an appointment earlier in the day, and that I was reassured this was the best method. The representative informed me that there was no openings available and that she would call other branches to see about being able to schedule me. I told her I did not want to have my time wasted further, and to get me someone like I was told would be available. Again, she stood her ground and was unwilling to bend in any way to help me at that moment. I asked her why they had 7 or 8 offices and booths, along with 2 teller windows, and only 1 person available in one office working, and only one of the 2 teller windows open. She informed me that people were sick and they were understaffed. This is a Brand new branch location and this is how they attract new customers. When I walked out, nobody working there made any effort at all to try and retain me as a potential customer. Just goes to show how removed big banks are from their customers and potential customers nowadays.Absolutely unbelievable.I will not be doing any business with this particular branch ever.

I am a veteran trying to open a business account because Chase won’t let me do it online and even though there were 5 people in the building, nobody could help me. Two were in thr office just chatting away and didn’t want to be bothered.

So happy you guys opened a branch here!! I've used other Banks but none are comparable to Chase :)Specificlly this branch has friendly customer service. I walked in the middle of a Monday without an appointment and was able to open up an account on the spot with Ariella, who was great!

Nice new branch. Came in to open checking account and was told to sit and wait for a personal banker to assist me. Then I was told I needed to make an appointment. I said screw it I’ll just open it up online. Tried to open online and was told I needed to apply for some Secure account in the branch. Total hogwash. Chase can go where the sun don’t shine!

Went for an 10am appt I schedule last Thursday. The Greeter's let me know I would be seen by a lady. The man at a desk name Brandon came over to me about 20 minutes later and ask me to come with him. He said he didn't see an spot for me. I let him know the the white guy at the door scheduled my spot lat Thursday. Brandon said I need an spot and ask me to come back tomorrow. He did not even try to find out why my spot didn't show on the log with the guy who scheduled it. This branch just open and I will not be coming back to bank with them. Bad customer service.
