Ordered something and was informed after I placed the order that it was not in stock. They offered to replace it with another item and I asked for a refund instead. They processed the refund right away. Overall good experience

Went in to grab some gummies and a vape. Excellent service and extremely personable. Ashley helped me because I know basically nothing about the products and she was extremely knowledgeable. I felt very appreciated and would recommend to everyone to try out their shop. Very neat, great selection and amazing employees.

EXCELLENT customer service, I received all of my deliveries early if not on time, if any item in my order was out of stock or missing it would be replaced free of charge, I’ve never had any problems with any of their products, they’re all reasonably priced and usually in stock. I try to recommend this site to as many of my friends as I can, but I figured I’d leave a review for the public to see.

First time ordering here. I'm thrilled with the service, and love the products offered here. I love that I got a call when something was out of stock. I was able to get a different flavor instead, the Rep was chill, kind and caring. This extra step is the reason I'll keep coming back! I'm very methodical in how I order my medicine, so I appreciate the heads up. ((I've had contrasting experiences with Another Company, twice have received absolutely wrong products, without warning, that weren't close to what I ordered nor even listed on their site. When I reached out to this Other Company for answers & COAs I was basically told "We are legit, don't worry about it." - thus I needed a new Trusted Source for my thc/cbd. Happy to find Charm City)) ? Some products from here that I love are Enjoy Hemp Live Rosin gummies, URB, and Lumi gummies, though I'd say anything Charm City Hemp offers is going to be exceptional. Everyone's body is different, but the gummies listed above, work well for me and my chronic pains. Delivery was fast without any issues. I will continue to shop here for several important - to - me reasons. There are several other products I look forward to trying out.?? Thank you!

I ordered a 3 Gram pen, they were out of stock, the next day they got my voicemail telling them to just give me any replacement they have in stock. A different 3g pen arrived a couple days later. Awesome business thank you!!!

They ship better than Amazon with great selection and service. I placed an order online and my requested flavor was sold out and a rep called immediately with a better substitute! Every order placed arrives next day!

Customer service is lacking, often unprofessional, they can’t keep inventory because products are often out of stock AFTER they take your money, products often are old and ineffective, and shipping is often slow. No efforts have been made to correct any of these issues, as they keep happening with each order. Also the discount cards they mail out with their orders don’t work more than once. They are essentially fake. The discount codes they give you do not work.Most recently one of their employees lied and said I requested a refund, which I did not, and I was not made aware of it until I got the refund receipt via my email. They canceled my entire order on the day I was told it would ship, without contacting me. Very unprofessional. Save the time and headache and don’t order from them.Edit: this review is pending removal, as the company reached out to make things right. Once they follow though, I agreed to remove it.
