No one answers the phone.
** I find it odd that you will respond to Google reviews after hours, but not my text for a dishwasher which was sent during business hours. I called twice this morning, and twice this afternoon. I also called twice yesterday. If you can respond to a Google review after hours, then you can respond to a text with a simple response like "we value your business, and will return your call tomorrow with a price and delivery date for your dishwasher".

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF USED APPLIANCE'S PLACES THAT ARE COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFER MORE FLEXIBLE DELIVERY TIMES AND OPERATION TIMES. I PURCHASED A REFRIEGERATOR FROM CHARM CITY (ACTUALLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF WARRANTY EXPIRATION) THEY SEND A REPAIR PERSON. THE REPAIR PERSON CANNOT FIX THE REFRIGERATOR SO WE NEEDED TO REPLACE IT. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS "I DONT HAVE A DRIVER" "I CANT PUT YOUR ORDER IN FRONT OF SOMEONE ELSE'S BECAUSE THEN THAT WOULD BE THE SAME PROBLEM I WOULD HAVE TO INCUR." I EXPLAINED TO THE REP THAT THE HOUSE WAS A RECOVERY HOUSE AND THAT THE INDIVIDUALS IN THE HOUSE COULD NOT JUST AFFORD TO THROW A REFRIGERATOR FULL OF FOOD AWAY BECAUSE "WE ARENT OPEN ON WEEKENDS," AND THAT MGMT SHOULD WORK TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM SINCE AFTER ALL IT WASNT MY FAULT AN APPLIANCE BUSINESS DIDNT HAVE A DRIVER OR A REFRIGERATOR I PURCHASED 2 MONTHS AGO COULDNT BE REPAIRED. I GUESS I WAS SHOCKED BY THE RESPONSE BECAUSE I USUALLY DEAL WITH LIBERTY APPLIANCES RANDALLSTOWN AND I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD SOMETHING EVEN STOP WORKING FOR ATLEAST 2 YEARS OR MORE AND IN EVERY CASE THEY WERE WILLING TO ACCOMODATE. I WAS GOING TO ARGUE WITH THE REP AND DEMAND A SUPERVISOR ETC. BUT IT WASN'T WORTH IT. THEY WERENT WILLING TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR A SITUATION THAT WAS THE FAULT OF THE COMPANY OR AS A RESULT OF INTERNAL COMPANY ISSUES AND THAT WAS ENOUGH FOR ME NEVER TO BE BOTHERED AND TO STICK WITH WHO I ALREADY HAVE BUILT A RAPPORT WITH. SAD THING IS DUE TO THE TYPE OF BUSINESS I HAVE, I HAVE TO BUY USED APPLIANCES ALL THE TIME, BUT THEY DIDNT VALUE MY BUSINESS AT ALL

Thanks to Chris our refrigerator now works again. We called on Friday morning and it was repaired by Friday afternoon. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. The woman who scheduled our appointment was also very helpful and sensitive to our very tight schedule. They should be rebranded to CHARM CITY APPLIANCE EXPERTS.

New management has done a number on this place. We have had several good experiences using them in the past. About a year ago we had an issue with a washer drier combo. Tech came, changed a part. We weren't able to test due to a power outage. Once power came back, tested and the machine still didn't work.ONE WEEK later the tech came back out, took front off, then left "to get a part". He never came back. Another tech came a day layer, diagnosed a completely different issue, and told us the part would take a week to get. Then radio silence from them.So at this point we have not had a working washer or drier for 2 weeks. We left messages and heard nothing back from them. In the interim I called another repair service who came out and determined the issue was worn bearings, for which replacement wouldn't make sense financially. Finally I just asked for a refund. Ownership made no attempt to make the amends for the major inconvenience and money spent on getting cloths for us and 2 kids laundered.Will not be using them again, and have to advise others to steer clear.

The team was all nice including the delivery team but I was sold a broken washer that cost around $600. I called the business back for a refund they kept on putting me through different departments while I kept on saying I want my money back because as soon I got it it wasn’t washing my clothes at all but they keep on offering a technician to come up and check the washer machine while will takes weeks which I don’t have. I gotten my money back I would strongly recommend of just buying a new appliances.

Very disappointing experience with Charm City. I ordered a stove from them, knowing that it would be a refurbished appliance, which ordinarily would be fine. However this particular stove leaked an enormous amount of gas (this was verified by the technician who came out to assess the issue), one of the knobs was broken (see photo), there were dents in the exterior, and it just looked dirty and spent. I would have been fine with the cosmetic damage but the gas leak was dangerous. They did agree to take the stove back but they would not refund their delivery fee, which should be refunded under the circumstances. Their preference was to replace it but I was unwilling to take this risk, a lot of gas was inhaled during the month it sat in the kitchen.

Buyer beware! I purchased a refrigerator from them years ago and it lasted a whole four months. Hopefully, they changed because when I called I was told it was past the warranty period.
