Rachel is super sweet and amazing. I purchased a custom wig (2 years ago) that I still have till this day. She listened to my body image concerns and executed exactly what I needed to feel beautiful. I'm launching a business so I'm back on her website to see if I can get the exact same order. The service and product is worth every dime and I traveled from SW Virginia to Maryland for this level of service. Love her podcast too.Service: Hair extensions

Let me start by saying, I’ve seen videos and photos of the Italian curly hair, and for many years I continued to watch before purchasing. I purchased hair in April and received my order the first week of June after several emails of no one responding. Eventually, Rachel called me and assured me she would make it right by coloring my hair for free. I accepted with no hassle. Another week went by, and I reached back out to Rachel, which is when I finally received tracking information. My order had been archived on their website. Therefore, I extended grace for the website glitch. However, I paid roughly $480 for three bundles of hair. When the hair finally arrived, it didn’t appear to be full bundles. The texture was a bit iffy. After installing the hair, about a week later, the hair was and is horrible. The hair is matted, very puffy, and sheds like crazy. I planned on keeping this hair in for my Jamaica trip, but I am now having to purchase more hair from another company, and I have to pay an additional fee to have my new hair reinstalled. I will never buy from this company again. I’ve nearly lost out on $2,000.

I have been a client for several years and I love my stylist salon owner Rachel. She provides a professional level of service. My most recent experience is she made a u-part wig and I absolutely love it. My schedule is very hectic and the wig makes my life much easier. Thanks Rachel a customer for life.

I ordered my hair during their Black Friday sale the hair I ordered was lixi curl which I believe was suppose to be Indian virgin hair. When I received the hair it was suppose to achieve the look in the picture with a wash and go but the hair I received is thick bushy and when I was it it returns the the bushy state. It's a complete mess and looks like I bought it off of monument street from a beauty store. I paid 275 for my hair I emailed them and they told me to wash it with a certain product and the first thing I was told was that I would not receive a refund for my purchase. They were not helpful in anyway or even tried to resolve the problem or even suggested a credit since the hair did not match the given picture or description. Their customer service is horrible and I will never order from this company again
