We visited Castle Wholesalers in Baltimore to purchase a bathroom vanity. After the purchase, we decided to get a different style that was available from their New Jersey location (Home Surplus). The return was easy, and the transfer from New Jersey went very quickly. The staff were very friendly, accommodated our changes, and made sure everything went smoothly. The vanity was quality-built and better than expected. I would definitely recommend them if your looking for cabinets, vanities, and doors. I wish they had more of the products that are available at their New Jersey locations as it would be nice to see the available options first.

Candace was absolutely excellent in her professionalism. She was both informative and extremely helpful to me. as a result of her kindness and knowledge, I will be a repeat customer. I highly recommend this establishment.

Nice products but terrible place to work. New management has be terrible in how the treat there employees and terminating them at will with no communication, respect and with no advanced notice. This companies new leadership is horrible!! I know someone who was recently been let go without warning. People have been there for a long time and are not treated with respect from management. This is NOT professional and poor leadership when people are let go who have been an asset to this company and have given there time and hard work. Whatever, you do, do not work for these unprofessional men.

Nice store, not the only around, with the customer service provided, specially the tall African American guy,Try carefree kitchen, not this a$$#*]= aggressive, disrespectful guy, he got a job because we decided to spend our money here, but we deserve better customer service, not this rude type of employees

When purchasing cabinets at Castle Wholesalers the entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, but handsdown Candace gave me the best customer service. Her overall knowledge of the warehouse and her pleasant demeanor made the whole experience that much better. Castle Wholesalers will continue to recieve all of my business because of her and the excellent staff. Appreciate you guys

The Castle Wholesalers team was a joy to work with. The lady who did my design was so patient and helpful. The gentleman who pulled my cabinets served with joy and confidence and Rose, who was very kind and gracious, made sure that I had what was needed to get my project done. Great place to get cabinets.Except Rose is offering the worst customer service. She is acting absolutely miserable. I guess this is the best she has inside... And I have been there several times. I bought many times kitchen cabinets. She is always acting the same.

I liked the place, but the oriental ladies working there are extremely rude. They spend their time verbally abusing us and other people. Especially the lady named Easter. They don’t treat you with respect at ALL. And they have the audacity to yell at you when you’ve done nothing wrong. Very bad experience. The only reason I didn’t slap Easter on the spot was because she was behind a window. If it wasn’t for Rose, there would’ve been a very bad fight. Someone needs to fire those oriental ladies.
