My recent purchase was my first experience with Carvana. I am so pleased that I made the right decision to use them to purchase my new vehicle. From the delivery of my vehicle to speaking with a Carvana representative, I was treated with respect, and everyone was pleasant and professional. I will use their services again and recommend them highly.

Their motto "We will drive you happy". They did NOT!
After applying to sell my mom's 2004 Toyota Corolla, we had to upload the title three different times in two different formats. They kept sending emails with a cryptic, "We cannot accept the document you uploaded. Please upload your vehicle's most recent title."
After talking with chatbots that did nothing, we finally were given a Customer Support number to call. The woman was very difficult to understand and could not tell me anything about why they could not process the title we provided.
After waiting on hold for 29 minutes, a message suddenly appeared on the phone stating that we could proceed with setting up an appointment to pick up the car and the agent told me that I could proceed. No explanation given as to the problem with the title.
When we set up they appointment, the process informed us that it costs $90 for them to come pick up the car. On a $1400 offer, and all the trouble we had, No Thanks. This is the reason we selected Carvana to begin with.

Easy, fast, received a very fair price. Our guy Broderick went above and beyond, super helpful, professional, kind. Was able to sign all docs online. This is my 2nd time selling to Carvana, recommended!

I was initially concerned about the fact that everything had to be done online (i.e. uploading title, driver's license, etc.) but ultimately, I'm so glad I did it! Carvana came in with a fair price to buy my vehicle and it was 100% hassle free. Everything from scheduling through to the end of the transaction was easy. The person who picked up the car was on time, efficient, also SO helpful... my license plate did not want to come off... and she stepped in with extra tools and elbow grease to finish the job. Check cleared quickly and it's a wrap. Highly recommend.

Tried to sell my truck to carvana was offered 12,800 dollars. After I gave them everything they wanted, lowered offer to 11000 because of rust. 2017 f150. Truck is aluminum...they don't rust. Stick with carmax. Legit company

Smooth experience from start to end, except the driver who suppose to deliver a check, forgot to bring it...an idiot.. So I had to wait approximately an hour for him to return with check.
Waste of my work time....bad bad bad....if management read this, please reach out to me

I purchased a Nissan Murano from Carvana. They provide great customer service, great price, the option to return the car within 7 days, and better yet, Carvana delivered the car to ME!!! They take care of the plates and registration. Carvana is the way to go when purchasing a car. Thank you so much. I love my new car :)

Selling my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Carvana was a very easy process. I was going to sell it privately but then decided to see what Carvana would offer and was pleasantly surprised when I received a good offer from them. I also took it to a local Jeep dealer to compare the price and they tried to lowball me with a low trade-in value. Typical car dealer behavior. I had Carvana pickup my Jeep for a $40 fee and the driver had the check for the sales price when he arrived. My wife just bought a new BMW and I am going to sell her 2019 Mini Cooper S to Carvana. I know we'll get more than the dealer will offer as a trade-in and Carvana makes it easy to do.

The car, the process, the people, were all great. LOVE the car! However, one little blip is my payment is a good bit higher than was discussed and agreed upon, and so it looks as though I will be going to refinance, in all likelihood. Other than that, you can't beat Carvana.

I didn't know what to expect however was pleasantly surprised by how haggle, and paper free the sale of my car was. I received 3 quotes. Carvana beat the other two offers. The staff member was friendly and the atmosphere felt spa like(lol). Thanks Carvana. I'll be sure to consider you when I am ready to purchase a vehicle.

I had a fair offer in 30 seconds on the website, scheduled my pick up, and the care was gone the next weekend. The whole process took about 10 minutes. Highly recommend Carvana to anyone wanting a fair value and pain-free selling experience.
