Tell you one thing on the phone. Whole different situation once you get there. They change prices and don’t honor the price quoted on that big ass sign in their yard. Sent my payment through Zelle. Which was one of the payment options that you were offered. On my end it shows the payment was sent successfully, the money was deducted out of my account,. Rental spot stated that they did not receive the payment on their end. I was there for two hours waiting for everything to process. I left without my money and a rental! The girl threatened to cancel the contract, girl what contract Hello there is no contract binding until my money is received. I don’t know how someone can get upset because someone is upset because they don’t have their money and they don’t have their merchandise that they So since you’re so upset that I’m upset that I’m out of my money and a rental I consider everything void. I went to get a rental from a reputable company and it was actually cheaper . maybe this worked out for the best because while I was there, customers were coming in complaining about the vehicles, running hot and other issues I do not recommend!
Is 7:20 a.m. and this is in real time I have requested return of my money 5 times as I see it is not pending and has actually been sent. No response I will update this review when I receive my refund

I wouldn't recommend renting ANYTHING from this company. They will take your deposit and tell you that it will be returned after you return the car but when you return the car they will make up a random reason as to why you can't get the deposit back and not tell you the reason

If I could give 0 stars I would, this company ripped me and my boyfriend off for our deposit, we rented a car from them for less than a week in the middle of the summer. The car had no AC, barely any power steering fluid and the transmission was bad. They told us that our deposit would be returned within 20 business days but never got it! We finally called a month later and was told to call back after 5 only to be told that deposits weren't returned after 5 and to request it on cash app. The cash app tag they gave us wouldn't let us send the request and I called them back immediately only to have them pick them the phone and immediately hang up right back up on me!!! Do not rent from here! The cars are absolute garbage and the customer service is even worse!

Worse company ever!!!!!! I paid for Saturday and Sunday and couldn’t drive it because of the breaks so I went in Monday morning to get it fixed. First I called before I went and Mahommand the mechanic told me that he will fix the breaks and he will put me in a different car until he fixed it. So I went in and WILL one of the managers told me that he will fix it but I will have to wait the whole time that they did not do car switches! So I said ok but in my mind I was like wow that’s not what I was told.. so I asked WILL did they already have the part and he ensuressd me they already had the part and that they have a lot of parts already for impalas because that was mainly the cars they rented! So I said ok. So I continued to wait with my kids. 2 hours go by and I went to check on my rental and the mechanic said that he was waiting on the part still that the part didn’t come in yet. So I immediately got confused because I thought the part was already there I was just waiting to get the breaks fixed. So I asked will didnt he tell me the parts was already there? He immediately got offended! And said why are you talking to my mechanics?! He got in my face and spit on me in front of my kids. The big boss came out of his office and immediately was on will side and screamed with him saying “CANCEL HER CONTRACT AND REFUND HER MONEY!” Now I’m going to sew this company for assault!! It was just so unprofessional and horrible!!!! Please do not rent here! WILL is a horrible manager who is a man that spit and yelled at a women!

Worst company ever. They scam you out of your money they leave you on the side of the road broken down for 5+ hours there customer service is horrible and now they aren't trying to give me my deposit back because the shock broke after I repeatedly tried to get them to fix it.

Beware!!! I rented a car from them 12/29/23 and as of 03/12/24,I have yet to get my deposit back after multiple attempts. Instead of giving your deposit back, they try to get you to rent again!!!

“All approved motorss” but yet still need money down ?. And why not have a wide section of vehicles ppl can actually afford and now your pockets or that commission pay. 25k for cars over 10yrs old lol no thank you. I see more car’s actual sitting on the lot then being sold so that should tell you something
