“Ole skool values with new skool flair. Car was damaged on Thursday night, called Dynamic Collision Services on Friday, they gave me an appointment for Monday morning. Rob completed his review upon my arrival at 8:15 am. He listened to my concerns, the team did their magic while I did my work in the comfort of the clean, colorful waiting area. By 9:00 am, my bumper was better and my faith in quality craftsmanship with excellent customer service was restored. Got to be the best in B’more! Make the call.”
“Brought my Jeep Wrangler Willys in to see about swapping to the Mojave hood. Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft was able to get all the parts, and do a complete swap and paint match. Quality is second to none.
I selected this shop based off of their online reviews and later learned that Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft is also considered to be the best Tesla body shop in the area (I git to see my first Cyber-Truck up close when i dropped my jeep off).
The facility is clean and very well maintained. Front office personnel are nice and handled all paperwork quickly and had me on my way in minutes.
The technician who worked on my Jeep has been with Jeff Shaw for more than 25 years, to me, that says a lot - a company that values its customers (and their reputation) enough to retain top notch technicians instead of relying on a revolving door of technicians.”
“Found my front passenger window smashed at 8:30am, and by 1:30pm, I had a new window in, thanks to Best Price Auto Glass. When I called my insurance, they gave me a quote from Safelite, which was $264 + $25 for mobile service, except they couldn't get me in that day, and I'd have to drive out to Rosedale (from Federal Hill or Bolton Hill, Baltimore) if I wanted it done that day. A quote from a mechanic was $330 + for the window alone, installation. Then I called Best Price Auto Glass, and was told they could do it for $169, with free mobile service, and it could be done that day. A technician arrived within a couple hours, was polite and professional, and finished within thirty minutes. I also appreciate that he made sure I had a look at his work and was satisfied before I paid, seeing as I screaming baby on my hip, and dog going berserk at the moment, I may have been distracted to actually forget to check.Hopefully my car won't be broken into again, but this is Baltimore, and if it happens again, I know I'll be calling Best Price Auto Glass, as well as, recommending them to friends and family.”

“Got my windshield replaced here for about $120 cheaper than my safelite quote. The customer service was amazing. Very amendable and communicative. I thought a pot hole may have damaged my replacement on my drive home, and they were so helpful responding to the pictures I sent them. “Joel is the only guy in md i use to tint all of my vehicles. Good & fair ppl & to be honest on the lower end when it comes to prices. Personally never had an issue worth coming back for but i know they honor their work & products . Its a little drive for me but its worth not gambling on if ur gna have bubbles or if its gna fade & turn purple. Ill add a cpl pics of my two current vehicles. When i get home today for reference. But yeah ill go back & i recommend them based on my experience's.”
“I would have given 5 stars, I have used the service here twice. The first time the lines show touch up work and there is a stain the the front passenger fender paint possibly it and it was sealed in.The next occasion to use the services of these craftsmen, the rear of my jeep was crunched very badly. This place amazed me and everyone who has seen my jeep since!!! Superior craftsmanship!!!!”
