Would have given 5 stars but waited about 2 hours to get unloaded. There undergoing construction to expand and every one was nice to get along with but for whatever reason the "big guy" as someone referred to him as just was to busy for unloading. Not sure the issue.

Fast unloading. For dry vans and refrigerators proceed straight through the entrance gate dock will be on your left. Enough space for backing.

The childish forklift driver, who gets paid hourly, wouldn't unload my truck because I didn't help him with dunnage. I was detained in their unloading area for 5.5hrs. Management wouldn't even help me out.

Used to be impossible to call in. 1 year ago i wrote the president the worst letter of my life. He immediately installed a policy they pick up by second ring or they are fired. They for over a year always answer are always polite and helpful. Truely a great business with the stuff you need to make it happen, fast and efficiently. Kudos

Don't show up before your appointment time. Even with no other trucks here getting loaded or unloaded they will make you wait hours. Waste of time.

Capitol Building Supply is awesome - Alex talked through different materials that would fit my budget, gave advice on my project, was honest about what made the most sense to purchase from Capitol vs. a different supplier, and had delivery arranged for just a few days after I came in to the store. The delivery guys were amazing, right on schedule, and somehow squeezed sheets of 70 lb drywall up my extremely narrow Baltimore rowhouse stairs. Definitely recommend.
