Caliber collision provided me with the best experience. The day before I brought in my vehicle to be repaired, someone hit my car causing the need for another repair with an entirely different insurance company. Caliber serviced both repairs seamlessly. They kept me in the loop the entire time. My car looks amazing. And it was cleaned to perfection both inside and out.

If I could give them zero, I would. They are incompetent. The communication is terrible, and they over charge the insurance company once they get the car in. I got the car assessed by them and they gave me an estimate of roughly $3000. I scheduled them six weeks in advance so they should have been prepared. They were not. I asked for an estimate of when I would be able to pick up, when I dropped the car and was told they would let me know. One hour later I was sent a text saying it would take nearly a month. I called to verify that was accurate and they gave me a maybe, maybe not answer. If they were upfront, I would not have left my car as that is entirely too long for the amount of damage. When I asked to retrieve my car, they refused claiming they had already stripped it. Keep in mind they made me pay half the deductible up front. Every week they claim they "found new damage" or they are waiting on a part. The cost has jumped to double the initial quote, almost $6000. Its nearly the worth of the car. I am told one date and literally get a text with a new further date the next day. The front desk is polite. Chuck decided to yell on the phone when I questioned why my car would take this long and to send me pictures of progress. He will ignore text as well and get front desk to say he is busy when he literally just text. Overall, I am not pleased at all. I will be leaving feedback with the district manager, better business bureau, Caliber Collison, and my insurance company. FYI if anyone wants quality, time efficient service I would suggest Miller Brothers in Ellicot City. They coincidently fixed my car in the same spot in just a week, a few years ago.

Super friendly staff and very helpful with this being my first experience with insurance and damages etc. answered all my dumb questions and gave advice on where to get rentals and dealings with all that. cannot recommend enough. Thank you, hopefully never need to come back but if I need work done this is where it will be.

Everyone from customer service to the body shop workers were unbelievably kind, friendly and helpful! They never made you feel like you were asking too many questions and were even helpful with notifying the rental car company to let them know I was done and could be picked up. This group of people are amazing!!

Caliber Collision was very professional when I went in. All paperwork was ready which made my process very quick and easy. They kept me informed with each process my car went through of the repair process all the way to the time to pick up. When I got my car the repair and paint job was a brand new look. They vacuumed my interior out. I was beyond satisfied. I would recommend them to everyone I hear that need service.

I’m from NY my son attends college in Maryland. My son was involved in a car accident in Maryland where his BMW was damaged. I went on line and looked up for a collision repair shop to bring the car. I do not know much about Maryland so I started to read reviews online in the area close to where he had the accident. I came up on Caliber Collision and the reviews were great so I called them and spoke to a lady and the first impression was fantastic. She was very friendly and helpful. I gave the tow truck company the information and took the car there and I saw the lady in person. The friendly politeness didn’t stop. I met a gentleman who was in that office and he made things even more better he looked on the car and complimented how nice the car was and when it’s finished I was going to be happy. He was so positive. He explained the entire process and told me they may have to transfer the car to another caliber collision shop that has the equipment to handle the damages on the car. He gave me the assurance I needed. I left the car and head back to NY… and to my surprise I was kept informed right through the process by either automated texts and phone calls.. everyone was so professional. They kept me fully informed even about a small parts that they were waiting on that cost $1.75. That customer service was very impressive.
I lived in NY for most of my life and been in accident before many years ago where my car was damaged and had to be repair the experience I had was horrible nothing close to this. I could’ve taken my son’s BMW I330 to a BMW dealer in Maryland but because of the reviews I tried out Caliber Collision and I can tell you the experience was great.. A big shout out to TOM who took the time out to answer all the questions I have.. The car LOOKS NEW AGAIN.. you couldn’t tell that it was damaged. Fantastic workmanship..My son is very happy too. My bumper was rear ended. The insurance company that handled my claim provided Caliber Collision as one of the repair companies to choose from.
It has been almost 5 days and the bumper is still secure. The work done on it seem to be good. They also washed my car inside and out. Thank you.
