By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I really try to be a patient person, but after almost TWO years of contact - I have received neither my refund check or replacement clothing shipment. Spent well over 250 dollars worth on team merchandise and received only a sweatshirt, worth 50 dollars.
Do not do business with them.

I would recommend going somewhere else and not doing business with this company. I paid for a shirt at the Maryland State Fair (Sept 2017) and because they didn't have the size I needed, they said they would send it to me the following week so I went ahead and paid for it. As of today (11/15/17) I still do not have the shirt or my money back after having been promised both a few times in the past 2 1/2 months. Yes, it has been 2 1/2 months! Apparently they need the shirt and the money more than I do. It's bad business when you lose credibility.
