I’ve been interpreting here for a few months and it’s a really nice facility. The staff and employees are kind and they even provide complementary coffee and hot chocolate. Plenty of parking however only downside is traffic when everyone is off since the bridge is down.

A wonderful tour. It was fascinating to see exactly what happens behind the scenes when you click “Buy” on Amazon. The guides were very friendly and informative, and made us feel like valued Amazon guests and customers. We took our grandson, and highly recommend it.

I always put a sign on my door that says "ALWAYS PUT PACKAGES BETWEEN DOOR AND STORM DOOR " on my door the Day of delivery. The drivers DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO Where they leave PACKAGES. This causes PACKAGES to be stolen or not getting them at all. This is a RECURRING PROBLEM.

Have not really had any issues with this location in the past, but it seems that whenever you need something delivered within a certain time frame and it isn’t; and then you phone Amazon and cancel the original order; reordering in hopes that it’ll resolve the issue and it doesn’t… It’s time for Amazon’s current CEO to fix this- not sweep it under the proverbial rug, don’t overtax your workers (they need more than you’re currently paying them); in the long run issues like this will be nonexistent and your customers will be happier and not ship elsewhere!

Thanks, Amazon. Amazon is the best company I like. I have been working at Amazon for a few years, but l have gained a lot of experience during this time and am still learning. Amazon always respects people who work hard and dedicate themselves to their work.

Interesting experience seeing what an Amazon fulfillment center looked like and how it operated. Saw the robots move stuff, the miles of conveyor belts and the various workstations. Pretty loud inside. Like walking into a giant machine. It would have been cool if we had some hand on experience, like wrapping a package in a box or something.
