It’s 11:30pm and the store doesn’t close until midnight. No one will answer at the speaker, the door or by phone so i can pickup my mobile order i placed for pickup. The worst part is there are people inside just running around and hiding when you come up. This is ridiculous. Someone needs tolose their job. I had to go through customer service to have my order refunded and now have to find something else. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

drive thru sucks cashiers be lying over the counter doing nothing but chattering as if i had their time to be waiting for them. you'll really need to improve customer service dine in or drive thru needs better

The workers are very lazy. I get they don’t get paid enough but they are always rude, they lie about the electricity being down (1/12 @ 10:25pm) and the drive thru woman smells bad..

Usually dont eat burger king. Stopped in after work. Was very clean had friendly staff and food was made fast. Much better managed now then this location used to be.

I knew there was a reason why I stopped going to this location because years ago the food was awful, so I thought that maybe after a couple years they got better, but NOOOO! I went there to get a jr. whopper and onion rings, well, it looked like somebody made that burger with one hand tied behind their back and a blindfold on, it was soooo messy I couldn’t believe it! The onion rings were cold and greasy, so now I know I will never go back there again. I realize you don’t need a college education to work there but common sense goes a long way! How hard is it to put a burger together? ?

Said chicken wraps would take too long to make. Staff was sitting on the counter top talking and carrying on. Waited at the window forever for the 1 meal we could order and it was wrong.

Had to abandon my food and leave in order to deliver the milkshake to my mom before it melted - can’t believe they would serve the milkshake before dropping the chicken patty - did not serve my ice tea either - lost money and time - won’t be back to this
