I've been coming to this location for a while now and I've always had a good experience. I was here a few days ago with my son to get his frog repaired and to buy clothes. The customer service here is always amazing and the workers make the experience fun for both me and my son. I do think if you work here you have to like kids and be kid friendly. The workers here are always kind and helpful. You never know what someone is going through. And its unfortunate to see such harsh words being said to someone you don't know especially to call someone "insecure" while hiding behind no name or picture. Shows who hasn't worked a retail job and who has. To those reading I ask to please give this location a chance.

Workers were ver rude- chatted among each other while helping us and not looking at us at all. Asked her to take out some stuffing of a bear and she rolled her eyes and dramatically took fistfuls of stuffing out. Overall not very kid friendly, would rather drive to the Towson mall next time.

The team members were so dull and clearly hated their jobs. They didn't make it fun or interesting for my 5 year old. They didn't acknowledge us or greet us when we were looking at their selection of bears. If my daughter wasn't so excited to get her Pikachu, they most definitely wouldn't have had my business.

We had my sons 6th birthday party here yesterday and it went really well.All 3 of the girls working were very kind and patient with the kids and parents. Everyone left happy and my son keeps telling me how much fun he had.

Today, I had to go to whitemarsh with my daughter and her eyes lit up when she saw this cute build a bear stand. There was a family getting a bear stuffed so my daughter chose her skin and we got in line. After the family before us was finished my daughter gave her bear skin to the woman who was so horrible to us. She stood up and asked us what we wanted and I was polite and said to build a bear, she made a face toward us and had an attitude like we we wrong or inconveniencing her. I looked around for directional signs thinking maybe we were in the wrong spot, nothing. The name on her tag was Navea or something similar. The rest of the staff was welcoming and great but I probably won’t go back again. People shouldn’t be working with children if they are having a bad day, some people shouldn’t work with them at all.

We normally go every year for the birthday deal, we went last night and there was a guy who made the whole experience so rude. $70 later he still made my daughters experience suck. I don’t think I’ll ever go again.When working with children you need to have a great and fun personality/energy.
