I’ve worked with Bruno’s for years and today they surpassed my already high expectations . I had a unit that I inherited from a prior owner (did not buy it at Bruno’s ) that seemed to be having trouble . I was adamant I needed a replacement but they walked me through trouble shooting and i was able to keep the unit running . Very classy to do what’s best for the customer . Great guys

I can’t recall who referred me to Bruno’s, but since I started purchasing appliances from them I have not gone anywhere else. Aside from the fact that their location is convenient, their prices are good, appliances are clean and ready for delivery, and their overall service is great. The ‘service’ part I can attribute to Francis, the young gentleman who greets everyone with a smile, and who seems to have the pulse of what customers need. Francis and I have developed a good relationship because of his friendliness and great customer service skills. I can call him, let him know what I need and he will send me pictures, and have a good selection available for me to see. He is truly an asset to Bruno’s and a great guy also. BTW, I can’t end without giving Blake kudos also.

I was looking for a refurbished refrigerator that worked well and wasn’t super expensive. I went to Bruno’s after doing some research and was impressed by their selection and variety of appliances! Francis was very helpful with helping me find what I was looking for. The refrigerator was delivered rather quickly, which I appreciated. Cameron was awesome with regard to communicating with me on delivery day, and made sure the refrigerator was gently placed in my home. I would definitely recommend Bruno’s Appliances for any one looking to purchase refurbished appliances of quality!

We had to replace our fridge. Our old one was removed and replaced with a new one the same week. Amazing customer service and responsiveness 10/10!

My stove broke down and I came to Bruno's for a possible replacement. Everything went well , Francis was very informative and helpful with making my final decision. Affordable prices , if I need to replace any of my appliances in the future I will definitely be coming back to Bruno's. I highly recommend them for all your appliance needs.

Don’t let the exterior fool you. I purchased a new refrigerator and refurbished washer/dryer and a gas stove. Price with installation was fair and delivery and installation went well. My only disappointment was that I had to spend an hour and a half cleaning them all up. AND I am still going to have to take the oven door apart in order to clean the dirty drips between the glass panels. Even if the appliances are refurbished they should be delivered clean. I would still recommend them, just be sure to ask about cleaning before you buy.UPDATE: I changed my review to 5 stars due to the outstanding customer service. Upon reading my review Blake reached out to me and then came and cleaned the oven, and also checked to make sure that I was happy. They are SERIOUSLY focused on happy customers!
