Cute stuff but not very size inclusive. I did see some Levi’s and a shirt that might have fit me but I wish they had more options for bigger sizes. Employee working was friendly.

What a wonderful boutique! Beautiful clothes. Great prices. Excellent quality. My sales assoc, I think her name was Angela. Red head from New York, she was AWESOME!!! super attentive and so lovely and helpful. Can't wait to go back

cute shop but not size inclusive at all. sizing of items only seemed to go up to a large throughout the store.cute items but many of them were urban outfitters or free peoples brand. you could prob find the same or similar items on the brand websites (possibly cheaper on their clearance or at outlet stores)

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Trashing my friends and I as we shopped and being blatantly rude- don’t take the Saturday shift if you don’t want to deal with teenagers. Lovely clothes though!

I ordered a few tshirts online (they were on sale) and one arrived with a large stain on it. I reached out to the boutique via email to show them the condition I received it in and they said it was final sale and only offered me a 20% refund of the items price. When I said I would rather return it they refused to accept a return and only offered me the same 20% discount again. This has to have been seen when the order was getting packed up and they sent it anyway. A partial discount doesnt make up for an item I have to throw away. Whoever I talked to was pretty impolite and didn't say sorry but rather "oh no!" I won't be purchasing from here again, now I have to open a paypal case to get my money back.

Have been shopping here for a couple years now and always love the clothing and cute gift items. The staff is awesome and makes shopping there alone feel like shopping with friends - the girls there this evening were fantastic! Thank you for helping me with fashion tips and your patience as I tried on almost every single sweater I saw ha! Left with two fantastic sweaters and some ideas of how to wear them :)

I’ve shopped here several times but the most recent time I had an issue with the jewelry. It had nothing to do with the store but I think just the design of that specific one. I emailed them and they got back to me immediately, were so helpful and took care of the issue. The customer service was really appreciated and I will absolutely shop here again.

My friend took me here as I was in the city for a nice vacation from Nebraska. I had heard great things about this place until I actually went in there. The staff is very rude and it made me uncomfortable to shop. I wish I never went to this store at all. I left feeling mortified and embarrassed. I wouldn’t recommend.

I parked right in front of Brightside Boutique and realized I had never actually gone in. Curiosity got the best of me, and I'm glad it did! Brightside Boutique is a lot larger on the inside than it looks to be from the outside. This store has clothing, trinkets, kitchenware, stationery, and more! Every corner has its own vibe/theme. You could spend a while roaming around and checking everything out. The staff members are appropriately masked. I didn't stay for too long when I popped in because I felt uncomfortable with how busy it was getting. However, I'm sure I'll be back around Galentine's Day to pick up some cute gifts for my gals or during a Saturday to support this small business!
