I went into this store to get 2 phones unlocked because I took my service to Tmobile..he said they are stupid and should tell you to unlock phone before coming to them and I told him that I was unaware of the phones I OWN to be locked..Casey told me that I had to go call customer service to unlock phones and when I told him he could call he seemed annoyed..very poor customer service

I love this place... They are very professional and very sweet...They give discounts as well.... I bought a phone and they gave me a $45 phone case for $20... Everyone who work there are sweet and very respectful...I even gave one of the guys that work there advice on his hair?I'm A Cosmetologist by the way?I recommend them wholeheartedly?

Ever since I moved to Baltimore in 2017 I used Metro PCS. Then in 2020 I switched back to Boost. Biggest mistake ever. They were horrible all the way around but this last visit was the icing on the cake. They are manipulative and do not listen to the customers wants or needs at all. They push what they want you get. I just went back to Metro PCS and have never been happîer. If I could give negative five stars I would. Save yourself the hassle, headache and alot of money. Go with MetroPCS.
