On going issue with the store is that it says it opens at 10 o’clock 10:54 a walk there they were still not open Walked in there several times literally have to wait 15- 20 minutes to pay a bill why another customer but will be looking at cell phone cases

Normally don't like going to the Boost store normally online shopping is what I do but I needed a phone right away and the staff was friendly I went in for an upgrade I'm not sure I had got such a great deal but it served the purpose I got a phone that works and it's 32 gigs

Boost Mobile has been a headache for me for the years I've been associated with the company. 1. The reception on my old phone and on a completely new phone has been garbled and inaudible. 2. The agent on their customer service line told me that I couldn't use my number is I canceled. When I told him I had already bought a plan with another company, suddenly the "number" problem no longer existed. 3. It is almost impossible to reach a live customer service representative. The service is not user friendly.
