My husband's phone was stolen and he had the service suspended; Joan the customer service rep at this store, did everything that she could to have the suspension lifted, but unfortunately, all that she did, the situation wasn't resolved; but, that says nothing about her exemplary customer service etiqutte. She was patient and very kind with him, and the rep on the other end of the phone. Not once did she lose her cool, even when she had to repeat herself many times to the rep on the end of the phone. So, she gave him information to call and put in an insurance claim, to receive a new phone through the mail. Thanks to this information, his new phone will be delivered tomorrow. Thanks Joan, you are the absolute BEST!!!

Wow, Joan was amazing! ??? The way she explained the plans and deals and how she represented the company made me ask her if she owns the place. She works as if the place is hers and 100% of the profits go to her. She’s that good!I am in the process of switching to another company and I didn’t wanna be rushed, and she answered all my questions without being so pushy to make me buy. I really needed to think about my decisions. If I decide with boost, I will make sure to buy from her. I also didn’t know the area and heard there’s been car thefts in Baltimore recently, so I asked her which parking is better. She suggested the front lot next to her car and said she will watch me come in. It was drizzling and she stood out by the door and watched me come and leave. Who would do that??? What a princess!!! Some people mistaken kindness and being nice and good as weakness but I take it as “heroism”. What an asset!! Such people need to be rewarded well. They are like rare gems ?. If I had a business that made good profits, I would hire her for twice the amount boost is paying her. Exceptional! Going above and beyond service is such! She gained my trust in minutes. Thank you Joan!Cell 24 Connect, give raise to this woman, before I or somebody else steals her from you! ?

Purchased Iphone 11. Joan assisted me. I had spoken to her prior. She recalled. She gave excellent customer service. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She went out of the box in assisting with the packaging for mailing. Thank you Joan!

Due to the employee made a mistake and tried to have me pay extra because of it. I added extra data to my phone towards the end of the month last month because data was used up and was going slow. I was told to have the emplotee remove that data package that I added, when I go to pay the bill and add a new line. I told him to remove the new added data package and to restore it back to usual and he did so. Then he told me that he removed it but the system was still showing that they charged me again for the extra data package when he went to restart the plan. He told me because the system is showing that its charging me for that data he removed that I would have to pay it. I said absolutely not i told you to remove it which he acknowledged and then the manager tried to tell me I had to pay it also. Keep in mind I was purchasing a new phone and adding it to a new line so my total was $120, but he told me that now I would have to pay an extra 13 dollars for the data package that I told them to remove and which I had paid for previously when I added it originally. I told them both absolutely not and that this is their mistake and I wont pay 10 cents extra. Finally he got on the phone like he shouldve in the first place and contacted boost and had them renove it in the system. I have had issues with Boost since day 1. Not to mention also the data package that they sell is a lie. They sell a monthly package including data for 40$ or so and more. They state that the plan incluses "unlimited data 4G" which is a complete lie. The 4G is limited and once it runs out the data goes extremly slow. This was not advertised and is not explained in the description of the package at all. Its misleading and false advertisement. Boost Mobile is by far the worst mobile phone service Ive ever experienced. The only reason I dont switch is because this month I needed to purchase things for my new born child that is coming next month. So I will be switching next month. I hope the service and data is better at Metro.
