I went to this location today to switch my phone service over from my old Samsung Galaxy S8+, to a newer Samsung A03 that I already had, & Ada provided an EXCELLENT customer service experience! She was very helpful, patient, & friendly. ? She explained all of my upgrade options to me, assisted me in connecting my Google accounts to the newer phone, & she did all of it with a smile. I've been a Boost Mobile customer for almost 10yrs, & Ada ensured that I will continue being a customer. Thank you!
