Boost is legit the WORST provider out there. Their customer service is horrible, they cannot understand English and I can never understand their broken English and when I asked to speak to someone else they literally lie and say there is not another person for you to speak to.... They hang up on you for asking a question because you can't understand their broken english, I bought a $50 phone card that would not go on my boost phone I had to go back to the store where I purchased the phone card at they got on the phone with boost boost would not honor that phone card and I had the manager of the store on the phone with boost giving them the receipt number and everything required and boost still did not honor so I lost $50 from boost not once but twice.... their customer service is down and has been for a week. So I have no phone and when you go to a boost store they couldn't care less, and tell you there is nothing they can do except for take a cash or credit card payment...even though I'm standing there with a boost phone card and receipt that I purchased it with $50 they will not honor it and they look at me and say I do not know what to tell you have a wonderful day.... AGAIN BOOST IS THE WORST PROVIDER OUT THERE DONT USE BOOST EVERBoost and their customer service gets a negative five star review

I have been a loyal Boost Mobile customer for more than ten (10) years. I have been paying insurance on my phone to make certain that IF anything happened, I would be okay, Well, low and behold, I lost my phone. I filed a claim. Only to find out that it had to be elevated to a supervisor on or about January 31, 2023, with an expected resolution date of February 4, 2023. Unfortunately for me, this did not happen! As of February 14, 2023, I am still waiting for issue resolution. In lieu of waiting, I went to a physical location and purchased a phone and case out of my pocket! This was a necessity. Why some may ask? Simply because in case of an emergency, you may or MAY NOT be able to call 911 from your laptop, if you don't have a landline....Wow!! How many folks still have a landline telephone in this electronic age. And, if you do, what's the phone number?....Yep, you like me are SYH...or in my case, SMDH...I thought as a loyal Boost Mobile consumer, they would care for me as I've continued to share my pleasure with the service and care for this entity! WRONG ANSWER!! I believe I have been more than patient, trusting, and willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, and yet, this corporation, has failed on more than one level!! If you want to share your family's experience, good, bad, or indifferent, please do! Perhaps, I am one of the few. I hope I am. I doubt it. If you've had an unpleasant experience or at the least thought that this entity would do right by you, then by all means share, share, share!! #NotASermonJustAThoughtWell, if this wasn't bad enough, after being on hold for more than an hour, and, after lodging my complaint, they disconnected me!!As soon as I mentioned one of the competitors, the outbound call service customer service agent hung up! This tells me that the contractor has more than one contract with US service providers....

I have been with boost mobile for over 10 years nd I was with out a phone for 3 goin on 4 months but with the help off the 2 young beautiful female who worked the morning of 12/10/2022 I walked out there a very satisfied customer…….Keep up the great work

Great phones, great online assistants but in person a total mess they need more employees to help assist with customers, hire someone new, each one ive been to they all have bad attitudes. Not good at all.

f.y.i. store closes at 7pm and not at 8pm as listed tried to change with google several times but they will not change.
