After 3 visits within refund period status I will be disconnecting, discontinuing my service with Boost.
Fake prices, 2 faulty products, I will take my losses.
I "shake my dust, and take my peace from this store".

Gave y'all 3 chances and y'all messed up.
My phone I've had to charge 4+ times in one day but with my watch which I've had it for almost two days and I'm on 40% from one charge, it's a WATCH!!!
Also you gave me a faulty Nokia headphone.
Lastly verification codes from a bank I never had issues with won't come through, and cancelled that bank I der the impression that they were at fault, when it is you all who sold me this "new phone", with same phone number.

I've been using this Boost Mobile Store for cellphone service since 2014. The representatives have been nothing short of professional, efficient and cordial in so far as customer service. I don't remember ever leaving this store unsatisfied with an agents attitude or otherwise Boost Mobile representation.

I went to the store because I needed more data for my phone. The sales person first couldn't find my account. I've been a Boost customer for many MANY years!! This wasn't a very positive experience. I will not revisit this store again!
