THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE INSIDE THE FLOOR PLAN IS ABSOULETLY LOVLY BUT IT COULD USE A VERY GOOD CLEANING INSIDE THE BUILDING AND A LITTLE FACE LIFT INSIDE OTHER THAN THAT IT'S CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN BALTIMORE AND HAS LOT'S OF STORES TO CHOOSE FROM BUS LINE IS CONVENIENT

This place has a awful awful plumbing problem that it has been fighting with forever.. Also, the building controls when your heat and A/C works..These are big deal breakers!
