Very satisfied with the work and the treatment I received. I will be bringing my other cars for refresh, no doubt. The manager (Paul P) is always available. Responsive (in person. Email, telephone) and clear.
The repair involved parts, repair and, paint and the result was great. Good to know I have a provider I can trust close to home.

Be sure to check car thoroughly when you pick it up ....my car was there for transmission replacement which was not completed my transmission is slipping and now its problem with my door and sensors Why ....they had no business touching my back doors transmission has nothing to do with car doors....nothing was wrong with my doors or sensors upon arrival to shop i called shop they have diagnosis and price for my door when they were never supposed to touch it...Turns out my car was involved in a accident while on the lot at the shop and they did not notify me when i contacted manager he said they did not think it was a big deal because it was minor damage ...would not recommend going here

Bob’s did a great job on my fender bender! With all the replacements they did and alterations all the way up to the re-paint job, I can’t even tell I had one to begin with. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for repairs :)

Lost my cx9 and it was towl to Bob's they was very helpful removing my tags and helping me with me getting my things out of my vehicle forgot to bring a bag young lady at the desk provided me with a bag and I appreciate that thanks

Incredible service from Bob’s fixing damages to the exterior of my car. Clear communication and accepting of me needing to push back the pickup date of my car multiple times. Even cleaned the interior of my car that was covered in dog hair and mud.Services: Painting

After an accident to my brand new mazda, I took the car to bob's on my insurance company's advice. Good ca. They were great at keeping me informed on progress. When I went to pick up my car, there were some issues which they took care of immediately and I got the car a day later. No issues with alignment, ride or any of the myriad safety sensors and systems on the car. Nice folk doing honest work.

We have had two of our cars repaired by Bobs. One was our brand new SUV that had a large tree limb fall on it. The other was our Jetta that collided with a large stag. I'm both cases their work was amazing - both vehicles look like nothing ever happened to them.

Car taken to Bob's Autonotive, ....told car taken to Ritchie highway, talk to on phone.......went their to get (BAD) response from staff ...........find out at wrong location and nasty response by manager (Mr Puckett) "SUN SHINE"........TRY to get information order out his shop in which his open the door to show me out ............I'm 74 yrs.old I don't need treatment from someone who needs MANGER 'training '........Thank You!

I was rear ended with $8,000 worth of body and suspension damage and Geico sent my car here because it was in network. I was skeptical at first but I was more than satisfied with the outcome.Review:-The quality of their work was awesome!
