My experience at Bob Bell Chevrolet was nothing short of amazing. Devon Gregory did an awesome job helping me to purchase my new vehicle. I was actually there picking up my current other vehicle that was being serviced and within a few minutes I was sitting with Devon to discuss purchasing a new vehicle. In addition, the Sales Manager Joe Evans did a great helping me with the trade in and finance process. The whole Bob Bell team was awesome. Thank you all. I would definitely recommend Bob Bell to anyone who is in the market to purchase a new car.

Went there to look initially to look at a used car, that was listed. But ended up getting a new car. All the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us get a reasonable price.

Not the best. Did not share all details of missing parts from the used car I bought.
They are not sure if a part on the engine is covered in the warranty I purchased. Supposed to get a call back from Dave twice, did not receive.
Drivers side Valve cover on the engine was not screwed down all the way. Was throwing oil on the header. How did they miss that?
Only a six gallon fill up on fuel for used cars! What? That tight huh!?

paid to have oil changed and Tire rotation and my tires were never touched, didn't even check tire pressure

Bob bell service department was terrible
-Made my appointment a week in advance, brought it in Friday at 9am, Never said how long it might be
-No one contacted me about my vehicle for updates
-Called twice, was told my service advisor would contact me, he never did
-Damien was service advisor.
Had I not come back Saturday morning to inquire about my vehicle, I don’t know when I would have got it back
I’ll never go back to bob bell Chevy. I’ll be sure to let anyone I know not to purchase or service their vehicle there as well

Went to Bob bell because of hearing a tapping noise in my Steering when making a turn. Also a smell coming from Under my car Like antifreeze or water. Well they checked it out and could not find anything In my steering or a smell from my engine. They charge me $200 I was to tell me they could not find anything I was very upset of the charge they did not Tell Me about and I drove my car home and for some reason I could not hear the tapping or smell the smell under my Car. I guess whatever they could not find it was gone After they check the car. Well for whatever reason I am happy That the problems I had were Gone. I do have to say the service department representatives were very very Nice and very informative So I would recommend Bob bell service to anyone needing repairs.

I was treated well. I was given transportation home. They repaired my car so now it is working properly. I can't judge the quality of the work since I wasn't there to watch the mechanic. They made no mess of the interior. They were prompt with the repair considering how complicated it was and the fact that the car is nearly thirty years old. I would recommend this shop to anyone who would ask.

Bad customer service vehicle sat for days and they didn’t work on it at all then they lied on what was wrong and the time or day it be done. When asked questions they get offended because they lied in so many ways heard 4 different stories on what was going on one guy told me the truth one said he just got order yesterday but management and front desk said the truck is being worked on and more bad service over all
