Honestly, they just need better management. The store has great deals on a lot but the customer service is MIA! Maybe you all should invest in self checkout! The second star is only because i like to walk around the store looking for things...including employees lol

I had a list of items I needed to purchase. I was able to find at least half of the items I wanted. They are in the middle of rearranging holiday items so some things were not in their usual place or I could not find them. But they did have an amazing display of Christmas decorations & they were also adding shelves of toys near the Christmas decorations. I plan to go back in a few weeks & look for more of the items on my list & see what is new, as well as maybe more serious Christmas shopping. I like Big Lots due to the variety. There's a little bit of everything & sometimes items I can only find at Big Lots & reasonable prices. They have some food, some domestics, some furniture, some electronics, some automative, some clothes, some cosmetics, etc. So a good place to stop to shop.

This is one of my favorite discount stores in my local area. I'm always finding something new, or different. Todays great find was popcornopolis if popcorn $.50 a bag that would normally cost about $6.....you don't know u better look them up, they have some of the best bagged popcorn.
