“It's a much better branch then most, there is an employee named Heather who is a very nice, professional employee of m&t she was able to help me with my account when no other employee from M&T could. I was about to close my account until she helped me. She's faster then most teller's and very polite and professional. She seemed to have a good understanding of how the account's work.”

“Wanted to put money into a Black-owned bank and love supporting a Baltimore business. So I opened a savings account. Then I moved across country and decided to leave my money here to support locals. Now I'm being charged a fee every month for a dormant account because I'm not actively putting money in or taking out of my savings account. Since I don't live here, I need to close it. Service was great, but I don't want to lose money to support this bank. Make sure you understand the fees before you open your account. Otherwise, great place to bank.”

“This location is a few blocks up from my job. I rarely go into branches but this one in particular normally provides good service. I've never seen more than about two teller windows open but they are usually pleasant and efficient with my transaction, even the security guard greets you when you enter the building. I've used the ATM several time and have had no issues. Will continue to visit this branch when I need to.”

“Great customer service, I had a problem with my bank card today and Ms.Jackie did an excellent job finding out what the problem was and explaining it to me. The teller was also very helpful. Ms. Jackie paid attention to me when I mentioned I was withdrawing money for my mom, and she asked me if I would like smaller bills, which I didn’t think about, my mom lives in a senior building and having the exact amount of money for things is more convenient and is easier for her to manage.”
“I love the new location. Friendly staff and easy customer parking or street parking options. The first time I went using Google to navigate me here it brought me through some back alley that needed repair badly. It dead ended and I had to look at the satellite overview to get to the front. I hope Google has since updated its directions to route you here.”
