I’m not in the habit of writing reviews, certainly not for a bank branch, but there is simply no reason why this location should have such a low rating. It’s clean, safe, and there is reserved parking outside the door. There is never a line, and the staff are always both professional and friendly. At a time when banks are closing branches all over the country, people should appreciate what they have on their doorstep. Think about where you’ll have to hike to if this one shuts.

I have tried to reach you through your phone but the bank does not accept messages. You asked about a large amount drawn from my account and it is correct. It is hard for me to get around, so please let the check be cashed.(Peggy) (Margaret M. Obrecht Roland Park Bank I am VERY grateful for your service, always.

Corey Turpin at Roland Park BofA branch is a great professional. His kind, timely and respectful service is extraordinary. We truly valued his service and attention.

Great service, quick and efficient. In a very unassuming location. I ordered euros for an international trip and they were quick with the turn around and politely informed me when the euros had arrived. I will definitely be using this branch of BofA in the future!

Until the closing my experience at the Roland Park Bank of America financial center was great. Mr Sause helped me open a BOA Visa card and I get 3% back on purchases. I moved my mortgage for a reduced rate. I used the financial center for particular cash needs. Now, while M&T, Chase, and Wells Fargo, two blocks away, have been open for two months with Covid restrictions, Bank of America remains closed. The one open center nearby is in a risky area of the Baltimore City. I have had great customer service until now and it is my understanding BOA wants to close financial centers and switch to a tech savvy remote client. I do give five stars for past performance, however, the local community listserv notes BOA does not communicate any longer.

Open the doors to in-person banking or close for good. What a waste.

I said it makes no sense for these banks to be closed like they are

This branch provides no customer service. The manager is completely unhelpful. He has a very easy-going disposition but then does nothing to actually help you. I went in there to have a notary done - called them and asked them if they did it he said yes I got there and then he said he would not notarize my paper because it didn't have a specific line on it. He said that UPS or other banks would do it. I've done some research and there's absolutely no reason why you can't notarize something. I've had several interactions similar to this at this branch and can honestly tell you not one interaction has been helpful or positive. It seems to me that a huge bank such a Bank of America should be able to provide a notary of service. Thanks to this manager at this bank I'm pulling my account from Bank of America. I've been with them since 1992. But no longer thanks to this branch.

Edward Simmons was very unprofessional... As I presented the proper id to cash my check first the teller gave me the look of uncertainty as she never checked the system or proceed to investigate the check she took it to edward who then just said no as the manager he did nothing either but come up with a letter in my name wasn’t visible ,, what about check the system ? edward is a want to be boss and let his position go to his head ... Race played a major issue in this transaction I’m black with a check they don’t understand that ...

After having accounts with this bank and its predecessors for over 40 years, I ended up closing them all because of the lousy customer service at this particular branch. It used to be a great place to bank, but no longer. Wait time is way to long, and you're forced to work with an officer to do what should be very simple transactions. Account fees are too high for what you get. BOA seems to have very little interest in keeping its retail customers happy any more. It's a shame.

The only bank to have one teller scheduled during Friday at its busiest time. 0 stars if possible.
