Honestly I couldn’t say enough good things about Bank of America and Chris! I move around a ton and have dealt with banks around the world, mostly the process is frustrating and time consuming but to my surprise this has been the hands-down best banking experience I’ve ever had! I called to make an appointment before coming in to make sure I wouldn’t have to wait since I tried to squeeze it in before work, after explaining my situation Chris assured me he would make sure he would be finished his other appointment so we could get everything working in a timely manner! Greeted with smiling faces he was waiting with the paperwork when I arrived. He was lighthearted and professional, making sure to answer any questions I may have or ones that may arrive in the future! Service was quick and convenient, and the staff made it feel like family. Take it from me, after struggling around the world I am so pleased to have found the great services of Bank of America!

Went to this location over the weekend and despite all the reviews we received Excellent Customer Service. The teller was very friendly and Dawn that helped us with our transaction was very professional. Reviews are helpful but there is nothing like experiencing a business for yourself. Will return to this location.

Can't give this branch more than 1 star even though I think the teller (most of the time it's just one teller) is courteous and efficient. Definitely have some staffing issues here, there is often just one teller on duty and the employees who are loan officers or managers don't wait on walk in customers. Cant blame the employees too much, but the company needs to do a serious revamp of how they do business in person, when customers can't or won't use online banking (like seniors) I usually do the deposit for my business and can count on being there for 30-45 mins each time which is very inconvenient. Bank of America....come on man!!

I had a great experience opening an account and sorting out my finances with Deborah Bentley. She was an absolute doll, and made the whole thing a breeze. I didn't get the chance to interact with many others, but everyone seemed very nice. I made an appointment, and that made it pretty quick.

None of your ATM Works try to pay my credit card bill by inserting a check in the ATM because your bank closes so early and I don't get there on time after work so I try to insert my check to pay bill and it doesn't even work what a waste of my time M&T Bank is much better glad I have my account over there thank God!! Because my husband has a account and he always has problems me I just have a credit card with y'all.

Greetings,when you stop at this dying branch, bring a lunch.or some puzzles to pass the time.they don't care,ever since they closed the drive thru it's been bad.ive been a client for years since equitable trust.i live in Rosedale and they closed my branch.belair road you need a bullet proof vest.soon as I can I'm leaving.the bank the state you can have it .have a nice day M

Lines are always out the door. They only have two tellers operating at any given time and most of the time they only have one. Management refuses to hire more tellers (possibly due to corporate). But it's not all the banks fault. A good portion of the customers here are boomers who ask to withdraw cash. Apparently instead of learning how to use an ATM they'd rather waste all of our time and make us stand in a bank for half an hour during a pandemic. Ineptitude all around and no mask requirements. Bank somewhere else.

I went to open an account and experienced a very unprofessional event when the “manager” (Harveen Anand) called her colleague “senseless” as she was trying to help me despite the fact that I didn’t have an appointment. The wonderful lady that took care of me (Deborah) made sure my experience was better. There are different ways to refer to people and especially when there are costumers around. As a manager myself, I found this very unethical; I would never treat someone I work with like that. Nevertheless, I left the bank happy only because of Deborah’s amazing costumer service, she should honestly be the manager.
