NO NO NO, they need to close this place down and start over after Customer Service training, and Office Etiquette training is done. The Tellers were great but the Manager and the other staff behind the desk THEY NEED TRAINING!!!! I come from and extensive line of Customer Service Training/Service. I work for the City of Baltimore. One thing about our area, we take care of all of our Customers as if all of their concerns are special and deserve our undivided attention. We don't allow them to sit around thinking they are forgotten about. Sure we are all short staff but that's where the training comes in. Being able to multitask is an important factor working for the City of Baltimore.

Useless Branch not helping customers at all. Every time i go their old antique computers are not working. VERY DISAPPOINTED BRANCH.

Awful location with one teller who was absolutely rude and nasty. Even the bank manager had to apologize for her incompetence. Stay Away!

The worse bank ever deposited a Bank of America check into my Bank of America account and I have to wait additional 7 business days to clear no one to help

Very helpful and kind.I went there to ask about opening an account. Although I did not have an appointment I was able to get an excellent advice from Turrance. He helped me open my account and was very patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions ( and I had plenty).I am very glad I decided to go to the branch and ask.The customer service is as it is supposed to be (especially Turrance)

They open whenever they want and only have 1 teller when they do decide to open. Thee worst Bank of America. SMH
