The stupidest thing in the world is having a ATM that can’t be accessed because the bank isn’t open till 10am and guess what ? The ATM is inside the bank…. So now I have to go somewhere else GREAT

The bank is, literally, across the street and it's taking more than two weeks already for the issued debit card to arrive. In the mean time, I have bought stuff from China and it's already here.

This has to be the worst BoA ever. It’s inexcusable to not have a teller available for over 30 mins! People have to cash their checks and handle other business. This location is utter trash and needs to be closed!
