I was in room 2426, which I believe is on the southwest corner of the building. Be warned that if they give you that room you should immediately ask for a different room. The floor in that room is visibly off level, so the beds are also not level. The side of the room with the head of each bed is noticeably sunken down making the beds very uncomfortable with your feet being higher than your head.
When I tried to sleep it was very uncomfortable and after tossing and turning for quite some time I called the front desk to ask them to move me. They said the hotel was fully booked with no rooms available, but they would send a maintenance engineer up to see what the issue was.
When the engineer came up he said he couldn't see the floor was out of level because he isn't a structural engineer, and after several minutes he acknowledged that the head of the bed was noticeably lower than the foot of the bed. I told him I appreciated his visit and asked him to report back to the manager what he observed, which he said he would do.
I ended up sleeping on the bed backwards with my feet at the head of the bed, however being that I'm 6'8" I basically had to sleep in a very uncomfortable position because my legs normally hang off the end of the bed even when laying on it diagonally. In my case my feet were pressed up against the headboard. I managed to sleep for 2-3 hours out of pure exhaustion, but it was far from good quality rest that is needed on a business trip or just being human.
In the morning when I checked out they asked me how my stay was and I told the clerk about the issue and lack of sleep. Her response was simply to say that she'd let a manager know and then dismissed me by thanking me for staying with them. I didn't hear anything from anyone.
While I'm not a structural engineer either, I have been in real estate for a long time. The deflection in the floor is extremely apparent when walking in the room or looking at the bed or other fixtures in the room. The other person traveling with me said their room was fine, so maybe this is limited to that one floor and/or corner of the building where this room is located.
I've attached some pics and a video is linked below. It's not easy to capture the issue in the pictures, but if you have an eye for things being out of level you can get a sense of it by comparing the bed with the windowsill and crown molding. The desk/stand under the TV can be seen clearly leaning away from the wall in a few pictures, and in the video the sliding shower door is a good indicator of the floor being out of level.
I had previously posted a video link here, however I have removed it because it seems that my review is being blocked for some reason. I am trying to repost without the video to see if that is the issue. The video clearly shows the shower door rolling on it's own since the floor under it is not level.
Ultimately, you rent a hotel room to get a good night's rest and that's far from what I got. After letting them know about my experience they didn't seem to care when they said they'd let a manager know with zero follow up.
Out of concern for a potentially larger issue I may take this a step further. With a 40+ story building sitting on the waterfront it is certainly concerning that the structure is not level. It makes me wonder if the structure is sinking, and may become or is already unsafe. I didn't see any cracks in the walls and other signs of active movement, but I have no way of knowing whether they are actively maintaining the aesthetic of the room to cover it up. I will report this to the building department, or whatever they call it in Baltimore, so they can check it out if they choose.
Overall it's too bad that this is the condition of the room, they rent it out as if nothing is wrong, and it

Best stay of my whole life. Beautiful hotel. I had a 16th floor room with view of harbor. It was the most wonderful space. My only complaint is I could hear everyone who got off the elevator and went down the hall. I attended a conference here and the whole facility is wonderful.

Excellent location classy hotel wait staff hotel staffing, and bell service the best. Room clean amazing view over looking the harbor. Complaint, $5 for a slice of toast at breakfast. Of course everything has increased in price including room rates and all food in general but $5 for a single slice of toast. That didn't sit well with me.

Someone was shot and killed right in front of the hotel the week before we were there. There was also some kind of threat while we were there. Never explained what it was but the loudspeakers in the room said the credible threat had been neutralized.

Loved our stay at the Baltimore Marriott waterfront! Great views of the bay, excellent proximity to shopping and site seeing, and the staff made us feel like it really WAS a pleasure for us to be there. Amazing stay!
Rooms: We were on the 17th floor with a corner suite. The view of the Harbor and the city outside our big walls of windows was just spectacular. Marriott made our visit magic!
Nearby activities: Amazing food at the pier. Best crab and lobster that I’ve ever had! The water taxi made historic sites easily accessible. Loved being close enough to walk to the National Aquarium
, Fells Point, Little Italy, the historic ships in the harbor, and so many fun shops and food. Fort McHenry is just a short water taxi ride. LOVED being in the Harbor where our national anthem was born.
Safety: The first night of our stay there was a random act of violence right next to our hotel. One person died as a result of the altercation. The hotel staff was quick to step up security measures and offered open communication about the incident. I didn’t feel uneasy at all during our stay there. This facility really believes in taking care of their guests.
Walkability: We didn’t rent a car during our 5 day stay- but that wasn’t an issue because of the location of our hotel. Close to the waterfront for shopping, food and site seeing. We walked everywhere and loved seeing the downtown area that way.

If you have a Manual vehicle Don't use their parking people at there hotel. They cannot drive your vehicle. You can pay for it and then you can drive your own vehicle. The first Night that I was there. There was one gentleman who was able to park my car. But after that we had to pay for parking and park and get our vehicle for the rest of the time. Then I get a ticket in the mail from there. Parking garage even though they're the ones who parked in there. And I can't get a call back to let me know if they paid it or not. Very unprofessional And I would not recommend using it.. Been over 2 weeks now of me. Trying to get it fixed and I still have not gotten a phone call.

The rooms were not the best to my liking however, the staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean and you are on the waterfront with lots of shopping and restaurants. Reggie was very helpful at the door and help me with everything I needed. The front desk was also very nice.
