I'm not sure how sufficient their help is as of yet, however I can say that the staff I was in contact with responded to my email quickly and efficiently and was very helpful in telling me the procedures their company follows.

What's the purpose of this business? It can't possibly be to help people? I've emailed this location half a dozen times and received the same generic message. I've contacted 211 who verified the furniture banks referral portal on their website has never been up and running. DSS has no connections to this place. Catholic charities has no knowledge of this place. If yall getting GOVERNMENT funding to help only friends and family SAY THAT. See attached email thread... even when asking them half a dozen times what case worker/social worker. Nothing. Shut it down
