Dimitri was the person who helped me with my phone. I am not from Baltimore and my phone broke while I was on a work related trip. When I called they agreed to meet me at my hotel and tried repeatedly to repair my phone. He was so accommodating, affordable and saved my trip. Would recommend to anybody!!!
