UPDATE: within an hour of my original review, both Kelly and Anna called me very apologetic for my experience. They explained that with their system, they are used to customers explicitly stating who their appointment is with on check in (not always my experience at other salons), so this was obviously a miscommunication. They asked me to come back, and Kelly did my nails today. She did a phenomenal job and was very kind throughout. And re: my original nail tech, she was also very kind and I acknowledge that everyone has to practice and build their skills from somewhere. I really appreciated how thoughtful the owners were, so I will definitely be going back. Thanks Kelly and Anna!
Original review: I always read reviews of nail salons before going so that I know which tech I should book an appointment with. I booked an appointment with Anna last Saturday, but instead they put me with someone who was brand new. I did not know it was not Anna until I was leaving, when another client asked the tech who did her nails for her name and that tech replied that her name was Anna. I should have known my tech was not Anna because I asked my tech to shape my nails in a coffin shape and she immediately gave me rounded nails. I did not want tips, so there was no way to fix this. The dipping powder I asked for (emerald green) was also a different color than the one she put on (blue/gray), but she assured me with a few coats the color would be the one I requested. It was not. And to top all of this off, I am now 1 week out from this service and 2 of my nails are almost completely lifted off.
This is just really unfortunate because I’m new to Baltimore and was hoping this would be my new nail salon. I think it is poor management for a client to be placed with a new tech when they clearly booked an appointment with a specific tech. I’m not sure that I will return again.

Someone asked me to come and visit Spoil you nails and spa
After experiencing the service here many times, I am very satisfied from the service to the customer service here, there is a warranty service and I think I will never go to another shop. This is my second home.

I came to get my nails done and was so pleased that I couldn’t resist a pedicure as well. Spending time here has been very enjoyable and Kelly is just the loveliest lady.
I have found my new place.

Used to love this place but unfortunately had a terrible experience today. I asked for a regular pedicure no additions and they charged me $6 for a callous removal I did not ask for. If I had known it was extra I would not allow my tech to do that. Then when I was paying with cash the worker gave me incorrect amount of change FOUR times after I kept asking for the correct change - whether or not that was intentional that really rubbed me the wrong way.

Visiting Spoil U Nails and Spa Salon was a 5-star experience, thanks largely to Kelly. Her skill and attention to detail was nothing short of astounding, I wanted a simple natural short dip and my nails are truly exceptional, I haven’t been this pleased in a long time. Everything was perfect the shape the color the length everything!!! Kelly’s warm and personalized approach makes you feel uniquely pampered. We had great conversation complemented with genuine laughter I left feeling rejuvenated and beautifully cared for. Highly recommend Kelly and the salon for a top-notch beauty experience.

I’ve been getting dip nails, pedicures, and eyebrow wax at Spoil U Nails for about two years and I cannot recommend highly enough. It is a fantastic woman-owned business; incredibly clean and relaxing and provides gorgeous results. Anna and Kelly run a tight ship and if you call ahead will let you know the best time to come to avoid a wait. The massaging pedicure chairs are super comfy and the eyebrow waxing services are top notch. After trying a number of different nail establishments in the area - I would never go anywhere else.
